CPC madness

Nakamura and Sero were at it again. This time, there were no citizens, or any other obsticles. Just them. The Gairyuki and the Bio Raptor started to tear into eachother like never before. In this sacred valley, anything goes, and nothing would stand in their way.

Jacob was out scouting with Katulu for Thomas in the valley of Heroes. The Republic was looking for some bandits that had been looting villages all throught the area. They believed that their base of operations was in this valley. Thomas sent Jacob out because of the Gun Sniper's (Katulu) amazing targeting range. He didn't want to have to send Jacob alone but it was easier that way.

Though he was only supposed to find the base and then go back to where Thomas and the others were waiting, he didn't plan on that. He was going to take the base out himself. He just hadn't told Katulu this knowing the Zoid would completely disagree with the idea and turn around.

He had been looking through the targeting scope for a while now not seeing a thing but sand and rocks until... he spotted two Zoids trying to tear each other apart. One of them reminded him of a Zoid Thomas had told him about. A bright Saphire dragon type zoid piloted by a friend of his. The other one he recognized as bio raptor. Taking the raptor out of sniping mode he said: "Come on Katulu lets go in for a closer look." "I don't know about this Jacob, Thomas didn't tell us anything about getting close to any Zoids." Was the raptors meek response. "We'll be fine come on."

A black GenoTrooper was casually picking pieces of metal from his silver fangs, which were carelessly flicked aside. He rumbled pleasantly, having just enjoyed not only a tasty meal, but one heck of a grand kill as well. For laying limp beneath his giant silver talons were the twisted and mangled remains of an Iron Kong. Its missiles had been disposed of, while the unit holding them seemed half-melted. Its arms and legs were mercilessly torn from the body, the head seemed to have disappeared all together. The former pride of the Empire yeah right had fallen with ease, and wasn't even fit to be scrap metal.


Ryou sighed after ripping out some of the gorilla's circuits out of boredom and draping them over his head, almost like a wig. The Iron Kong put up little resistance, and stood no change against his might. Then again, not many could even compare to his greatness. Bah, there has to be something better to fight out here.. The GenoTrooper growled, red optics deepening their shade. This valley was supposed to hold many powerful Zoids and pilots. So, where the heck were they?


Deciding to give scouting one last chance, the Zoid ignited his boosters, whose flames were expelled as thick, though condensed, white geysers. His flight system kicked in, and before long the mecha had propelled himself from the corroding corpse and launched into the air. As he ascended, his radar activated, and began to beep every now and then. Curious, Ryou tilted his head in the direction his radar indicated another two to be, and spotted a duo of Zoids going at it.


One was classified as a Gairyuuki, and the other a Bio Raptor. Pfft. Neither of them were good enough for him, but they would waste away some time. Thus, the GenoTrooper leaned to the side, entering a gentle turn while also descending, then straightened before hitting the ground. Within a good ten seconds or so, the boosters died and flight system deactivated, letting him strike the ground with his own two talons again. He skid to a stop, still about fifty meters from the battling Zoids, and began to twirl his snout-mounted machinegun.

Oh, I wouldn't be so sure about that, Genozoid,

The voice came from somewhere under Ryou, but were the Trooper to look... there would be nothing there.

No more then five seconds later, a huge roar ripped through the landscape, causing boulders to topple and the ground to crack. On thundering footsteps, yet another black shape showed its ugly head on a nearbye cliff.

The solid black Bio Tyranno huffed smoke out of it's wide mouth, flexing golden claws, while firey red eyes glared down at everyone. The Zoid did not speak, nor did it have a pilot. It just loomed, for now.

There is always someone out there more powerfull then you, the voice said again, this time from somewhere under the Trooper's backpack, behind his head.

Nakamura and Sero looked up and dodged the vulcan shots. "Can we put this off?" asked Nakamura. Sero simply nodded and sent a few Fireballs at the Geno Trooper. Nakamura then saw the Bio Tyranno and detached his AI zoids for cover support.

Katulu was back in sniper mode. Jacob just didin't like where all of this was headed. Suddenly two extremely powerful Zoids appear out of nowhere? He and Katulu were inside a cave just at the mouth of it actually Jacob watching everything going on through the scope.

"You know I am starting to wish I had listened to you Katulu." "Well if you weren't so impulsive we wouldn't be in this akward little situation. Now how about we get out of here?" The sniper asked in responsse. "We could but odds are somebody would notice us taking off and three of those Zoids have CPC's so I would really rather not."

"Coming out of sniper mode Katulu said: "Then what exactly do you plan on us doing here?" "We wait a little bit longer and see what happens. We might get an opening to escape and report back to Thomas."

"There a reason we can't just call over the comm link?"

No response came to the question. Not the greatest sign.

The GenoTrooper cocked his head when a voice sounded from no where. He double-checked, then triple-checked his radar for any indication of another beast roaming about, but found naught but what was noted before. When the roar boomed and echoed through the valley, rather than to wince, the Zoid grinned. It sounded tough, this monster did, which would make the effort of coming here all the more worth while. Expecting to find another of his kind, Ryou boldly turned around and came face-to-face with a rather unexpected force.


You're one of those Bio Zoids, aren't you? He hadn't seen all to many, but knew of their kind. Supposively, their armor was nearly invincible- save for solid objects such as shells impacting with it. And though he'd like to test that theory with his own guns, he had smaller fish to fillet. His red optics brightened as he took a step forward but stopped- the voice was right behind his head. Unfortunately, he couldn't quite turn it enough to look in that specific spot, so he mumbled some curses instead. Can I help you with somethi-


A fireball smacked him dead in the face. Sneering, the GenoTrooper turned to where it originated and found the Bio Raptor spitting off more at him. Quite annoyed, the Zoid began swiping his massive claws through the air, efficiently cutting the small fireballs apart with little to no effort- though his claws did burn a bright red. Why you.. He hadn't even fired yet, and now he was under attack! How dare they!


Twisting his head back to the Bio Tyranno, he growled, You want to take the Gairyuuki and I'll crush that little mini-raptor thing? Not that he didn't want to obliterate the Yuki..it was because the Bio Raptor smacked him with a freakin fireball that ticked him off. Without waiting further for an answer, his boosters flared to life and pressurized, sending him ascending up a few meters and shooting forward...

Oh, nono, I require no help. Merely watching, the voice said again, though this time it literally came from inside the Geno Breaker's head. Something was writhing around in there, mucking through the wired and slushing over the metal. It certainly had to be an odd feeling. Nothing was really happening, it just felt like there was literally something creeping around in there.

Creepy. Literally.

The Tyranno didnt' respond, didn't even look at any of them. As if it was a puppet, it just continued to loom. Finally coming to life, the Zoid angled its huge head for the two AI units and watched them. Gaping open its jaws, a bright red fireball formed in the jaws and was launched, aiming to clip the two small Zoids and hit the 'yuki hard. Though the fireball was small, it packed a huge force, like a bomb.

The literal oozing feeling left the Geno's head completely, and reappeared somewhere else.

Aren't you brave.

Sitting just infront of the Gunsniper, was a wolf. The pointed black dog tilted his single head up at the Gunsniper, an unimpressed brow quirked high. The Organoid's bright red eyes looked the Gunsniper over.

Though, with what Zoid you're in, that doesn't surprise me, he rumbled, puffing the spikes on his face out.

Ryuujin felt the impact of the fireball and barely kept upright. He then looked at Hein and had it use it's Vampiric Blade attack on the Genotrooper. If nothing else, it could absorb some energy and therefore allow Nakamura and Ryuujin to fire to Full Body CPC, if it wasn't shot down, so he also sent out Gekkou to protect Hein. Sero simply smiled and jumped over the trooper and attempted to grab it and hold it in place for the AI units to do their jobs.

Jacob probably couldn't have been more shocked when the black Organoid appeared. One minute he was alone in a cave with Katulu and the next there was an ominous black organoid in front of them. Jacob had never seen an Organoid before and so he was fascinated and worried at the same time. Thomas had to told him a little bit about Organoids and stressed one thing about them: "Not all of them are nice and sweet. Be careful around them."

Of course Thomas didn't really think Jacob would ever run into a noid you didn't seem them to often. And now that there was one in front of him Jacob wasn't entirely sure what to do. Katulu on the other hand had an idea. Get away from the thing, though she knew tha wasn't going to happen with Jacob piloting. He was going to stay to see the organoid no matter how much she protested the idea. Though she did take a few steps back not trusting the way the spikes on the Organoids face had just puffed out.

Then Jacob said: "Something you need here Organoid?" He could sense that Katulu wanted nothing to do with the 'noid seeing as she backed away from it. But there was no way he was walking away from this chance of meeting an Organoid.

Ryou was too caught up on his booster-aided charge to even feel the creature roaming within his cranium. His systems, however, did make the Zoid twitch very lightly here and there. As he continued to rush towards the Bio Raptor, his red optics fell upon a nearly blurred image of a swallow-type mecha. Without even thinking, his right arm shot up and its scythe-like nails flexed, aiming to use them as true blades and slice Hien's wing clean off (since both of them were traveling fast, and the nails are so sharp, there'd be very little recoil from impact).


As the Bio Raptor jumped, his boosters increased their output momentarily and shifted to the side. This gave the Zoid an extra boost to make sure the Bio Raptor, who'd have to descend first, would land on nothing but the ground while he continued on ahead. Secondly, with the boosters turned, he now rounded both the Gairyuuki and Bio Raptor in a large circle, head turning to keep them in sight the entire time. Pathetic. Simply pathetic.


The vulcan on his snout spun rapidly, their barrels flashing gold as countless shells were spat out. Since he was constantly moving, they first went to splatter against the Gairyuuki's backside, then its right side while he curved, and eventually they went to pummel the Bio Raptor. Slowing down, the GenoTrooper leaned back and eventually landed on the ground again, though his boosters were still humming lowly.

The Organoid's many body spikes ruffled and rustled, flexing outward before going back tight to his body as the Gunsniper backed away. The beastie stood, and seemed to glide forward, keeping the space between the two the same.

Oh, no. I was just wondering what you were doing over here, he said, tilting his head. Seeing that this wasn't going to be any fun, the 'noid calmly walked into the Gunsniper's shadow, tumbling down through that and out of sight like it was a hole.

Meanwhile, the Tyranno glared down at the two Zoids, and the Geno. Flexing small arms, the Zoid coiled its legs and pushed off hard, soaring through the air to land near the group. It watched the Geno, waiting till it ceased fire before charging in.

In true Jurassic Park style, mouth gaping open, the black Zoid charged. The massive jaws were aimed at a very specific target. The 'yuki's head. But it would love to snap down on anything it could, really.

Yawning widely, the Organoid reappeared, flapping dragonic wings to land on a rock outcropping to watch. He looked bored, just watching the one sided fight below. How droll.

Nakamura felt Ryuujin get hit and was almost knocked unconcious. Sero sent a stream of flame at the Geno so that his other half could get it together. Nakamura saw the Bio tyranno and sent out Gekkou to tackle it. He then jumped away from the range of the Geno's vulcan and saw the Gunsniper. "You got any laser-type rounds?" he asked, not wanting to suffer anymore damage.

Jacob was about to answer the Organoids question went it disappeared into Katulu's shadow. "Well that was strange." "Well never mind it we should just get out of here while the getting is good jacob. There is now way we can handle any of those Zoids down there." Katulu responded sounding more nervous than ever. "Oooh, stop worrying would you we'll be fine. They don't even know we're up here."

And then out of nowhere somebody asked if he had any laser rounds. Which meant that somebody had spotted him. "No, no lasers just high power bullets." He knew he shouldn't have answered not knowing who it was asking but not responding didn't sound like a great answer either. "Who want's to know?"

"Oh, great. We need to get out of here Jacob! I do not want to get involved in this." But Jacob made no response to Katulu's remark; being to focused on who what was asking him about his ammo.

The GenoTrooper snorted and leapt to the side as the stream of flames came lashing at him. Though because he is rather bulky for his type, the embers did lick against his right side, scorching the armor even blacker than it normally was. Upon setting both silver talons upon the ground again, Ryou jumped forward, boosters igniting for but a second in mid-leap, propelling him across a greater distance in a shorter amount of time. Landing again, he was but five meters or so before the Bio Raptor, his right claw raised and their nails flexed.


The claw suddenly launched out, intent on having the claw latch around the Bio Raptor's neck and sink the nails deeply into the spaces between its special armor. Should this be accomplished, an electrical current would surge down the thick cable wire that kept the limb attached to his body, enter the claw and eventually being shocking the heck out of the much smaller Zoid. While doing so, the cable would begin to retract, reeling the dinosaur on closer to the GenoTrooper, and its death..


Ryou's head turned to the Gekkou unit, which was preoccupied with the Bio Tyranno. Again, his vulcan spun and began dishing out countless shells for the armored horseshoe crab, hoping to blast it apart, or at least distract it so the larger Bio could make quick work of it.

The Tyranno didn't bother to change his path at all, the huge gaping open jaws snapped down on the AI to crush it into oblivion with his huge powerfull jaws. The black beast, if it managed to catch the little crab, would chew and shread the Gekkou into paste.

Either way, he discarded the carcass or smashed past it, intent on getting to the blue dinosaur. Another fireball was launched, point blank for the 'yuki's face. The Tyranno continued on it's origional target, biting down on the weaker Tyrannosaur and ripping its head off.

And here I thought that I'd be needed. Pity, that. the Organoid sighed, sitting in plain sight on a rock outcropping. This was boring. Eff.

Nakamura and Sero watched as Ryuujin's head wastorn off. Sero, then havingno rival, turned and ran for Ryuujin's body, somehow lifted it and the Gairyuki's head, and ran out at somewhat impressive speeds.

Jacob and Katulu watched as crab AI of the Gairyuki was destroyed and then as the blue tyrano's head was torn off. Jacob cringed at the sight of the latter, he always did hate seeing such destruction being done to a Zoid. Katulu just grabbed her head thinking about what that must have felt like.

"See, why said we should have gotten out of here?" the Sniper asked as the Gairyuki's body was carried off. "Yes. Though you may want to be quite so nobody else realizes we're up here. Unless you want to fight a Geno Tropper and Bio Tyranno."

When no response came from Katulu, Jacob went on: "Now, all we have to do is wait until the other two leave or start having it out amongst themselves and report back to Thomas."

"Fine. I am just glad neither of us got hurt." The sniper responded taking her arms away from her head finally. Jacob snorted in reply. He couldn't believe this was the same nervous wreck of a Zoid that had no faith in itself he came into the valley with. Normally she would have never argued with him or said half the things she did. And now out of nowhere she was talking back and biting his head off about things.

He could only imagine what she would say or do at this point if he told her that the radio was actually fine and he could have gotten a hold of Thomas and the gang. And he didn't plan on finding out either. He also couldn't imagine how angry Thomas was going to be when he found out about this whole thing. But at the very least it was over. At least it seemed like it was over to Jacob. Katulu on the other hand had a feeling things were just begining. That mysterious Organoid was still probably in the area, along with two extremely powerful Zoids. Far as the Gun Sniper was concerned things were far from over.

Ryou just stared off into space, wondering what the heck had happened. Somehow, all of his actions became non-existent, or rather blatantly ignored. Well, at least the Gekkou unit had been disposed of, courtesy of the Bio Tyranno and his magically disappearing bullets apparently. He did have to grin when the obnoxious Gairyuuki's head was ripped clean off- something he wanted to do himself, but was too busy not existing. Heck- even the Bio Raptor had his claws pass right through it somehow, which now lay on the ground limply.


Did I become invisible or something? The GenoTrooper grunted, rather ticked off and annoyed. What really got to him was how such a small Zoid could lift a bigger one- a Bio Raptor was at least half the size or less than a Gairyuuki. Yet that scrawny little thing was carrying its own weight and many extra tons off in a run. The laws of physics have been destroyed! It's the end of the world! The Zoid flailed, retracting his claws back to their sockets, which then locked into place.



Huffing, Ryou turned to the Bio Tyranno. Wanna grab a bite to eat?

Snapping his jaws in a few quick clicks, the Tyranno watched the Zoid get away. Strangely, it didn't seem to notice Ryou either.

That Zoid is not sentient, the shadow Organoid again stepped out of the Trooper's shadow, looking at the Tyranno. Nor is it actually mine, he waved his paw at the Tyranno, and whatever was holding it together seemed to suddenly disappear, for the black Zoid wobbled and fell forward, skeleton shattering when it hit the ground, the black under armor floating away like smoke in the wind.

...hm. I knew I was holding that doppleganger too long. Oh well, this is why I have Reaver, flapping his wings, the Organoid flew up and landed on the Trooper's nose. But, yes. You had something in mind? he asked with a grin.

I would like to find that 'yuki pilot and torture them s'more, but I'm not sure if that'd be possible. he lifted his head and scanned around, eyes finally settling on the cave that the Gunsniper was in. Hm, still there. Or we could go mess with that Gunsniper in there, he pointed.
