Hangin' out at the Race track, ..randomness..open to all!

A cool breeze hissed across the landscape of the island. Nothing stirred, only the gentle whipping sound as the wind shifted around the Grand Prix. Crouched as a stilled figure at the start of the race track, Storm, the Liger Zero Jager waited for the signal. She wanted to practice going around the Prix before the others arrived. She couldn't wait to race Slash with their new Jager conversions.

"GO!" Elaine Storm called from the stands, hoping it was loud enough for her zoid zoid to hear. The silence broke as Storm's Jager Ion Boosters opened to reveal several fins, the boosters system activated as she sprang from the starting line. She jetted along the track, going from zero miles an hour to over a hundred in seconds as she speed down the track.

The Jager swerved around the first turn, a bit uneasy with the first manuver in teh Jager, she slowed her speed until the turn was finished, then picked up max speed of the straight away. Elaine watched with a smile, eating a cheeseburger, her zoid was just having fun, and soon they would all be hanging out at the race track. Just having random fun.

There was a roaring sound and a red blur shot across the starting line, following the Jager. Rounding a bend, the fiery Hayate Liger caught up with the Jager.

Storm, how's it going? Heilmos, in Hayate form said as he slowed down a little, keeping pace with the blue Liger Zero Jager.


In the stands, Jerao leaned against a railing, watching his Zoid. Heilmos didn't often get a chance to play around. This was exactly what the Murasame needed.

He spotted Elaine quickly and waved to her. "Hey!"

"Fine thanks!" Storm replied with a laugh "Sorry I am too slow for you!" her boosters flared up a bit, but still the Hayate would easily be able to outrun her. Continuing to laugh she commented "To bad there isn't a Hayate CAS for Liger Zero, eh?" turning around the next bend she cut the boosters and easily went around the turn, after a few zig-zags of the track the Jager activated the boosters again.

Elaine stood and waved back, setting what was left of her burger on the seat "Hey Jerao!" she ran over and leaned against the railing as well "What brings you here? Storm and I are just hangin' out"

"Heilmos was bored. And he hasn't had much room to exercise." Jerao smiled. He remembered the occasion where he had teamed up with Elaine to stop some Imperial forces near his home. Dispite her appearence, she was as tough a fighter as any.

Heilmos laughed. You're keeping pace nicely. The Hayate Boosters flared and the Liger actually began to run on the walls of the track. Well then I'd be a little out of a job now wouldn't I? The red Liger speed up and raced around the next corner, then deccelerated and returned t oground level.

Elaine nodded "And what better place to train and practice in new speed armor then the Guylos Grand Prix? And with that one race coming up, I'm sure getting in some nice runs with the Hayate couldn't hurt either." she turned her gaze from him to the two zoids. "I think Zar Wolf and some of his friends are going to come here too, Mabye we can all race! For fun that is, I'm sure the Hayate can beat us all!" she laughed.

Storm smirked "Thanks..." she trailed off as she watched him "Awesome! I would try but, heh, I think i'd kill myself..." She darted around the next corner and kicked off the wall, just making the turn easier "I have to be going faster to do THAT!!"

Slash walked out towards the track, the jager armor warming up, Thoron the Geno Suarer right behind him. Arya had found her way towards Elaine on the stands, and surpised her by jumping down from the stands behind her, let out a small growl at Jearo, and then nuzzled Elaine's leg. Hello Elaine, nice to see you again. Zar and Eun-ha are down with Slash and Thoron, but they'll be here soon. Arya said to her in a cheerful voice.

Zar was making some minor adjustments to Slash beofre he left with Eun-ha to watch from the stands. Slash and thoron walked out to the starting line, then zar yelled "GO!" and both Zoids shot off down the track, both going as fast as they could. Slowly, slash pulled ahead of thoron, boosters at 95%.

Jerao turned to see Zar and Euh-ha joining them. He recognized Zar as the Liger Zero Schneider pilot he and Heilmos had defeated awhile back. He smiled. "Zar Wolf right?" He extended hands first to Zar, then to Euh-ha. "The name's Jerao. I see you already know Elaine."


He glanced at Arya and chuckled to himself. Form seemingly out of nowhere there was a howl. A gold blur shot from the top box and landed with a flash in front of Jerao. Seridra sniffed, taking one look ar Arya and turning to her master. I got bored. Heilmos is very fast. Oh and who's this?

Jerao answered. "Aquaintances." That was enough for the wolf. She swished her tail and placed her front paws on the railing, continuing to bark at Heilmos in her odd little way of encouragement.

Heilmos laughed again, a loud booming roar. It had been along time since he had had the opportunity to enjoy himself. He heard the roar of boosters behind him and turned his red head. We've company. He said

"Hey Zar! Eun-ha!" Elaine called to the others, waving her hand. She nodded happily "Have you guys met Jerao?" she asked after the hand shake, pointed at the boy beside her "Jerao and I were helping a guy named Rio when his base was attacked and I met Zar at Windeen Lake, and Eun-ha and Light Town" she explained rather quickly.

Elaine bented down and scratched under Ayra chin "How'sit goin' Ayra?" she asked, tilting her head in a smile. She moved her hand to the Organoids nose and stroked her head "This is Ayra" Elaine told Seri, as she looked over to the Wolf Organoid.

Storm slowed a bit as she turned her head to look to the side "Really?" she checked her radar and spotted two other zoids "Slash!" he meowed before turning to Heilmos "Now we can all race!" she pace slowed more so the other two could catch up "Who's this?" Storm questioned Zar, directing her attention at the unknown Genosaurer.

"yep." Zar aid as he shook jearo's hand, then let go. Eun-ha shook Jearo's hand next. "Hi, my name's Eun-ha, and it's nice to meet you. Is that your Hayate Liger out there?" she asked, seeing the Zoid running the track. Arya however walked to the other organoid and looked at it from all angles.

"Hi again Elaine, I've too meet jearo through a battle." Zar said, walking over and standing beside Elaine while Eun-ha stayed to talk to Jearo. Arya however had returned to Elaine's side, nuzzled Elaine's leg after the strach, and then asked Who's that elaine? while lloking at Seridira.

Slash ran as fast as he could to catch up with Storm. STORM! Hey, this is Thoron, eun-ha's Geno! he said as he caught up with Storm.

Welcome Heilmos said to Slash and Thoron. The Liger slowed down to let the others catch up.

Seri spoke I'm Seridra. Seri for short. She returned her attention to the race, particularly the Geno Saurer and new Jager.

Jerao answered Eun-Ha's question. "Yeah, he's mine. He's called Heilmos." The Zoidian scratched his head. "We're out for a little exercise." He smiled, what about you all?"

The Hayate Liger slowed itself and began to run along side Storm, waiting for the two newcomers to respond.

"Hey Slash! Hey Thoron!" Storm called back, keeping her pace now.

"Cool" Elaine commented "Then we don't have to all introduce ourselves really, are you guys just hanging out too? I know Slash and Storm wanted to get out and test their armor, but are you just here for the fun as well?"

Storm began to speed up a bit, not wanting to hold back any longer now that there we all together "Cmon guys! Lets go!"

"We're just here to enjoy the day and hang out." Zar answered as Arya just starred at the organoid. Well, hello Seri, you already know me. Wanna race? the organoid asked looking at the Zoids racing.

Slash, seeing Storm move faster, put the boosters to max and pulled ahead of all the Zoids, having Heilmos behind him, then Storm, then thoron. See ya! he said as he turned a very tight turn.

"Heilmos, nice name. And yes, we're here to hang out and let the Zoids run around. Mine's the Geno Saurer." Eun-ha said watching the Zoids run around.

Seri cocked her head, then barked and wagged her tail. Without another word she leapt over the railing and landed on the starting line.

Jerao laughed a little. It seemed jus tthe other day he had pulled her out of her pod.


Heilmos roared playfully and opened the thrusters to full. Heilmos zipped past all three Zoids, rounded a turn, and saw the finish line in sight. He put on a burst of speed, crossign the line, just as his transformation time ended and with a flash, he reverted back ot his Murasame state.

That....was fun.....The Murasame Liger was almost panting.

Elaine smiled "It is a very nice day" she watched Seri leap over the rail and position herself at the starting line for an Organoid race "GO Ayra! GO Seri!" she called, waving as she leaned against the railing.

Storm caught Heilmos' slipstream just as he took off, giving her and extra boost her boosters flashed on and she powered up more. As she came across the tight turn the zoid slid to a stop and drifted into the turn, facing the route to the finsih line. She jumped forward and boosters activated to max power and the Jager took off down the track.

Once Storm crossed the finsih line she allowed herself to collaspe on the other side of the point, panting with her side heaving "Are you kiddin me?! That was great!"

On the infield rest Two Large Zoids...Prophet the Mighty Fuhrer..and Kaze the Lighting Fast Jager, but the Pilots were walking down the Stands and headed towards the group of people...Brock wearing his normal cloak with the hood up, and Nikki in her normal Cloathing "Hey there Jerao..whats going on here"
