Rules are put into place on a roleplaying forum, or any kind of game, to keep things fair and allow all the members to have fun.

Sometimes, though, these rules can be bent for the sake of a plotted series of roleplays, generally just called a plot. Generally plots are created between two or more people, and most of the major events are planned out in a specific order.

Occasionally, a good plot idea may be against something in the rules. Having a super-killer Organoid, or a Zoid that might be banned. Well, if it's against the rules, you can't do it, right?

Most of the time!

Exceptions can be made for the sake of a plot, depending on the nature of the plot and the reputation of the players involved. Any kind of exception of this nature must be discussed with the administrator and cleared for use. Don't be surprised if you're not allowed, but there's no harm in asking. This is for major bending of the rules, and anything major must always be cleared first.

The only instance of this being allowed by default is between a small group of roleplayers in a single plotted roleplay (or a few plotted ones), if any godmoding or powerplaying is needed. But this is allowed only if all roleplayers involved are in agreement with the arrangement. You must discuss everything with the other roleplayers to make sure that everyone is on the same page. Just be careful doing this, and don't do it too often.

Site-Wide Plots. The kind of things that have the potential to change the planet. Normally only an admin has the ability to do a plot of this magnitude, though it is possible now for a normal member to do it as well!

If you think you have an idea for a site wide plot, you just have send the outline to the admin and explain your idea, and we'll see if it meets our standards. Side-wide plots are at a much larger scale then personal character or even base plots, and could have an effect on the whole world, so we're kind of picky about what we allow. They can be really fun, though, if done right!

Only one site-wide plot can be run at one time, so make sure nothing is going on before submitting an idea!
