Devil's Deeds

As the sun set, Sero, the clone of Nakamura Akira, sat watching the sun set. He had stationed himself in an old inn, making note of the 15 other people in the room with him. Most where drunk, unable to talk much less put up a fight. As the sun set, it cast an eerie red glow on the inn.

"Perfect setting for the end of Zi's finest."

A week prior to this, Sero had sent a message to Hanna Hanna, a formor Prozen Knight, knowing full well that she was perfect for what he had in mind.

"With her help, Zi will bow before a new order carved in the image of her former leader. And should this deal run smoothly, and she becomes queen, there is always room for a loyal knight in her order."

He leaned back in his chair, awaiting her arrival so they may begin plotting. The only question in his mind at this point was, would she accept his offer?

Hanna Hanna stood at the edge of a rock outcropping, a giant slab of stone stretching twenty feet over the shore and sea. Hanna wore a proper attire for the day, her old Prozen Knight's uniform, her red cape blowing in the winds of the sea. Normally she would wear a pilot's suit, but today the white clothing just perfectly highlighting her white hair. The sun was setting, casting an eerie and peaceful orange and pink cloud stripping across the horizon. A good seventy feet back on the shore stood Hanna's Geno Saurer, its reflective metallic paint catching the colors of the sky. The whole area for once was peaceful and nice, a complete opposite from the devious scheming of the Prozen Knight.

She'd been contacted by a man named Sero, with a plan. At first she was unnerved by the fact that he had been able to find her and then contact her. It was unnerving that someone could do such a thing, since it meant the Guardian Force could as well. Still, she had been contacted and recruited due to her skills, training and knowledge. Something that would have pleased Prozen. Pausing, she corrected herself. Something that did please Prozen now. Sighing, she turned from the sea, walking back towards her Zoids.

The cockpit opened, a zip-line and stand falling from it. Grabbing hold, she was pulled up into the cockpit. It was time to find this Sero.

Sero let out a low sigh as everyone in the tavern left. He watched as the sun finally set and everything was dark.

"Well then. She should be here shortly. It's time I put up my sign to show buisness is open."

He smirked and stood up, walking towards the inn keeper.

"Need some help old timer?"

The inn keeper smiled and threw Sero a small red key.

"Much appreciated but im done. Be sure you lock the doors."

"Heh, thank's old man."

Sero went to the wine cellar and pressed the key into one of the barrels, turning it until he heard the unlatching of a lock. He opened the barrel to gaze at a Republican rifle as well as a set of signal flares and smoke canisters.

"Hmph, he did everything he was told, I'll remember that."

He walked back upstairs and went outside, leaving a light on inside the inn. He then started a small fire using old boards and chairs from the inn and sat infront of it.

"She should be here midnight, which gives her 20 minutes to get here. If she doesn't then I know that she isn't the person for this job."

He continued to mumble to himself, drawing small lines in the dirt to pass the time.
