Guillermo Vargas

This man came to my attention when i received an email for a petition to keep this man, Gulliermo Vargas, from participating in the 2008 Bienal Centroamericana in Honduras. Apparently the dog was starved to death during the 2007 Beinal Centroamericana. "Eres Lo Que Lees" (You are what you read) was written above the dog in dog food.

For argument sake, he said that he captured this dog on the street and said that it would have died anyway because it refused to eat. On the other hand, if people were so disturbed by this form of art, why did no one free the dog or attempt to feed it? It's just... strange. Do you honestly think that he's doing something wrong or is he doing something for the sake of art?
