Ramiel sighed and tugged Leithry towards the back of the house. She had seemed like she had been about to cry seconds before and he hoped she would be able to hold it together for the week or so they'd be in each others company. Or at least until they were out of harms way. He hated it when women cried, he never knew what to do with them. He had also hated watching leithry and her sister seperate, Reigan was a brat, they'd have a better chance of escaping without her. A good part of him hoped that Reigan wouldn't make it off the estate, it would take time but he was sure Leithry would get over it eventually if Reigan died.
"We must move quickly. Stay focused on the here and now, I'm...sure your sister will be just...fine." he said, not even really pausing to look back at her. He couldn't have her getting distracted by thoughts of her sister and running into a trap.
Grumbling to himself he pulled Leithry to the library, he knew there was a passage way in the rather large room somewhere, he recalled Lord Belwen showing it off to him one afternoon, many years ago. He just hoped he'd be able to find it again.
"Drat, where is that damned passageway?" He muttered to himself. At least the room was enclosed, he'd hear anyone coming before they even got there.
"Do you know where it is?" He asked, scanning the room.
Making sure the doors were closed he frowned and quickly paced the whole of the room. He didn't see any indicators of a passageway, but he knew one was there. With a sigh he looked back at leithry, her father MUST have told her how to get out of the house in case of an emergency. If she didn't know they'd have to start pulling books off the shelves one by one and that would take far to long.
"Any ideas??"~*~
My god, he hates Reigan...*shrugs* That shouldn't make me laugh but it does. At least now he's distracted from his hatred of Serenity...
