Heart Rates

In Forget-Me-Not Valley relationships, just as romance and friendship have rates, they are called the heart rates, they describe how your character(s) feel about the others. There are a few rules, such as:
. If your character meets another character they can’t fall in love right way;
. To marry, both characters need to be at pink heart;
. To have children both characters need to be at red heat;
. Characters from the same member can’t have romantic interaction.
