She looked over, seeing him quickly grab something.
"What was that?" she asked curiously, setting the helmet down and walking over to him...

"Oh nothing.... just an old bottle that has to be put away. Ah! Here it is!" He put a small key in her palm. "Here's you're key. I'll be right back."

As he stepped inside of his room, he slowly took the bottle out, took off the lid, and swallowed one of the bitter pills. He then put the bottle under his pillow. Where it would be out of sight... out of mind...

She stared at the key in her open hand, then clenched it tightly. She turned her gaze to his room. It was really quiet in there. What was it he was trying to hide? What was going on?
SHe slowly walked towards his door. She placed a fist to the door, pasued, then hesitantly knocked on his door.
"Satoshi? Are you alright?" she called...

He walked out with a bright smile, that smile he had trained himself to put on at a moments notice, and closed the door to his room. "Everything is fine. OH! We need to find you a place to sleep!"

(I should tell you Satoshi's illness.... or do you not want to know?)

She placed on a sadened expression, wanting to ask more but knowing she shouldn't. It's just that he was so nice, she wanted to make sure he was okay... But he was older than her. He could take care of himself... And she couldn't. That's why she was the one who got stuck boarding at someone else's house...

"Here we go!"
They were down in the storage unit that was the down stairs of Satoshi's appartment. There was actually enough room down there for two people, and there was a cot that she could sleep on. "You can take some blankets from my room if you want. Hey, why do you look so sad?"

"Huh? Oh, I'm fine... Just tired, I guess." she said, wandering over to the cot and sitting on it...

"Alright. If you want any of the furniture from upstairs moved down here, you're welcome to do it. But if you need help, just ask okay?"

She nodded. "Okay..." her voice was in a softened tone. She really didn't feel good about this. Not only because he was offering this to the Cat of the Zodiac, but also there was something... Something he was hiding from her... But what was it?
"See you in the morning." she added with a fake smile...

"See you."
(I'm doing Tohru's first part with Hanajima, but when we're done, why don't we pcik THIS part of the RP at the next morning when Satoshi takes her to the High School.)

She yawned, rubbing her eyes. She wasn't quite awake, but it was time for school. So she hesitantly arose from her cot, got dressed, brushed her teeth and hair, then looked around for Satoshi.
"I'm ready..." she called...

(Alrighty then.. this is going to get interesting...) The smell of frying eggs and bacon filled the air as Satoshi slipped the two plates of breakfast onto the table. "Come and eat something before we leave!"

She paused, looking at the food, then back to Satoshi.
"No... I couldn't. I'm already sleeping here without rent..." she didn't really know what to say. He was treating her so kindly...

"Oh come on! Trust me, it doesn't taste like poison!" he laughed as he bite off a peice of bacon. "And, you shouldn't be so hard on yourself. You're my little cousin, I'm suposed to look after you!"

She looked at him for a moment, then took her seat next to him. Hesitantly, she began eating the food he made her, smiling at how wonderful it tasted.
"Thanks..." she said happily at his 'cousin' comment, hugging him...
