Set after season 4 Dean and Sam have been on the hunt trying to capture all the demons that had escaped from Hell's gateway that night and re-send them back to where they came from. They had been treking across the US until Ash(he's not dead) came up with an alraming outburst of demonic energy coming from London, England.

So Dean and Sam are about to embark on a hunt like they have never been on before. They start by boat one because Dean won't fly and two because he wouldn't go anywhere the Impala could not come. What the Winchester boys don't realize is that they are entering a whole another Supernatural realm of creature that they could not even dream to encounter. They about to realize that the stories, myths, and legends they believed to be made up are 100% real.

One more thing to add to thier plate is that they have 11 months to figure out how to save Dean from the pack he made to bring Sam back from the dead. Otherwise he is gonna be sent to hell and meet up with all the creatures that he had already sent there.
