Barbossa watched from the dingy he was standing on as ,Sparrow, swung to the Dutchman. As soon as the so called captain of the Black Pearl was out of view, Hector Barbossa smiled and climbed onto the completely black ship.

When he got on to the ship he found himself completely surprised. The whole ship was empty of life. Not a soul was on deck. Barbossa smiled and walked over to the giant steering wheel of the Pearl.

The ship was his for the taking!!!! There was only one problem. The Dutchman was here.

He had to take a chance with luck. The other blasted part was that he was the only one on the ship...he would very doubtfully make it to Tor tuga and if he couldn't he'd have to go to a civilized port and be arrested.

He cracked his neck. "Jack, hack the ropes connecting us to the Dutchman!" he cried quite calmly. He handed his pet monkey a dagger. He made his way to the giant steering wheel. He grabbed it and began to quickly turn the Black Pearl away from the Dutchman.

The ropes connecting the Pearl to the Flying Dutchman all snapped at once. Barbossa laughed happy like in the old day. The day Davy Jones had died.

Barbossa thought, 'Aha, I know just the place to sail to! Time to make for Shipwreck Cove, the beutiful pirate haven!'

He adjusted course and humming 'A Pirate's Life for Me' he found a table, pulled out a chart, and lay it flat on the table.

He spun one circle around another. Then, he spun the inner circle. He spun the outer circle once again and came up with a maddeningly unhelpful sentence.

"Go to the Aztec Island, meet an ocean god, captain, and owner of the Aztec treasure, and ask for your ship to be returned."

Barbossa frowned again adjusted the Pearl's course and straightened his heading for the Isla de Muerta. Going there would be helpful in two ways: he had to get his own ship back and he could get a piece of Aztec treasure again.
The message was not helpful in more ways.

However, he had a heading and a mission to achieve. He had to get his pirate ship back from Jolly Roger. He had to get the Flying Death back.
