Personality: Bill Keegan has the personality of a traitor in a way that he acts like a ally but at the end ends up betraying them and letting them to die with the zombies also uses them to escape from places kind of like decoys and is a really violent person though he dosent act that way while he is being a hypocrite ; his self-esteem feeds off of other people's sorrow. Bill loves to torture people mentally by seeing deep in there mind and finding the worst moment of there life making them suffer ; he is a little humors but actually kind of like a crazy persons way of humor like he tell you how he will break you into pieces, funny for him. Keegan works for himself and himself only and he has no problem with killing whoever gets in the way of his goal. Now, Bill's goal is to kill the man he works for before anybody else does. This man is still unknown, but will be reveled when the main villain in the RPG is named.
Appearance: Bill is a tall white man buff in muscles he has a couple of scars in his face for previous encounters with zombies and creatures he wears military clothing has blonde hair and a blue eye kinda looks like Jack Krauser from the resident evil series. One of his eyes is red because he has the zombie virus, but his fear and sorrow of his horrible past let him control it.
History: bill is a military soldier that was the best in his squad however he had a big problem he got really nervous when he fought the zombies one day they took his unit of soldiers to one of umbrella corp. labs for a tranquilizer injection for soldiers they were tricked by the general to take it and to the outcome it was not a tranquilizer it was the zombie virus all of the soldiers turned to zombies except bill he became immune to the virus except his body absorbed it letting him alter his left arm into a big mutation like arm that has blades sticking out and large nails. He killed zombies and the doctor and the poor man left in sorrow. When he got to his house he saw his wife and kids thrown in the floor killed by the zombies turning them into flesh eating animals that he later destroyed with his mutated arm since that they he became so heartless he decided to join with the one responsible for this outbreak and join him to later betray him and kill his mutated self along with that person.
Extras: Keegan's arm is able to mutate into a big, decaying arm with sharp, long nails and blades. although the arm is his main weapon he also own a hand gun, grenades and a jack knife
