Here Are A Few Critiquing TipsTHE BACKGROUND- An important part of a graphic.
- A sharp background can be good, but is usually bad. It makes the text seem blurry and out of place. Visa Versa.
- Backgrounds can be made by filters, brushing, or vector images.
- It is also a good thing to make sure your backround has depth. Use the burn and dodge tool.
- The same looking graphic over and over again gets boring. Use variation!
THE TEXT- The text is pretty important.
- You need to have a good font and text effects because it is a major part of the image.
- Text is best if it has some sort of originality to it.
THE COLORING- Don't give a low rating for a color choice.
- Color represents the sig. The color should fit the sig.
- Never use a boring color.
THE BORDER- Do not ruin a sig by giving it a beveled border...
- Sigs look best with no border at all, but if necessary a 1px black border.

ORIGINALITY- BE ORIGINAL
- Try to use variety that hasn't been seen before. Seeing nearly the same exact graphic from many people gets old..
