Number Of Members: You have 17 members, like this board. So, not a bad number!I do see most of them are from the ToS board. C
Member Activity: Not bad, but 8 members have 0 posts, one of them being the newest member. Maybe you should be more sticter in not posting rules? Most people on this board have at least 10 posts. Maybe offer more, or email inactive members, warning them. C
Skin:I like it, but I personnaly wouldnt use it, Its kinda bright, or well, maybe strong would be a better word. Im not an expert with skins, our GFX Admin may be the one to better mark this skin, but the CBOX does match the skin. B
Mangament:Not bad, but I noticed some topics that could have been closed, others that were dead. But...I dount think its bad. B

I totally agree with you vincent extremly bight need to be darker but not black .Most used skins are black and silver if you have vlack make sure the writting is not black.I do understand why you picked that colour as its elemental sky but have a light blue not bright stand our colours.The managment/set out of the forum is very good i like the way you have set it out.The colour is very disturbing you need to change it as quick as you can.When i registard on the forum no one was on you need to try and make sure someone is on or make sure your members areactive.I do like vincents idea of emailing them if you are going to use thta idea make sure you put a date on the time you would liek an email back saying if they are a member or not if you donot have a repily just delete them.There is only 6 member with 10 or more post its important to have post as people will join by this member join if there is lot of post wich means activity !!

What i would point out what is somethink for you to take in is to change the skin !!
