Hey guys in behalf Dream2Reality production, WE are inviting everyone to please come and have fun!

This is going to be the biggest event D2R is going to be organizing this year (a counterpart of the OTAKU POOL PARTY!)...

We promise more booths from different anime exhibitors, REAL fun games based from Japanese festivals (like fish catching) and Filipino fiesta (like palo sebo) and cool performances from our best local jrock bands!

** Come and COSTRIP in your BEST KIMONO or BEST ANIME/GAME COSTUME and get a chance to WIN cool prizes!

This is going to be a mixture of Japanese and Filipino culture with tons of activities! So watch out for it!

Well, that's really near. I don't know about the venue though. The area can get crowded at certain times, and it kind of lacks parking space..

@ YURI: Hi! Although the event MAY sound like UP AME's we are trying our BEST to separate our theme and format from theirs as respect to their original concept. We've in fact invited UP AME to participate in this endeavor to show our honor to them. Basically what we're trying to do here is to FUSE Japanese culture and Filipino Culture into one event so it's not going to focus on Japanese Matsuri ONLY. And to give the difference from UP AME's Matsuuri we're TRYING to incorporate the HINAMATSURI (doll festival) and HANAMATSURI (flower festival) into this to atleast be SPECIFIC of which type of Matsuri we are going to present. And to set the difference further we are going to blend in SCHOOL FAIR FESTIVALS and the usual FILIPINO peryahan into this as well (you'll see on our event games). Just to give light so as not to confuse our concept. Peace out.

@ FRAPPUCINO: We're trying to INVITE as many food booths as possible to showcase the festivities. In fact we might invite TAHO, FISHBALL and KWEK KWEK vendors para may FILIPINO foods.

@ MAUIE_SEMPAI: Don't worry we're trying to talk TOKYO TOKYO into selling Makis there too!

Oooh... Nice. I don't know their contact details, but every year, pag bukas yung Rivermarket, meron akong isang kainan na parating hinahanap.. Yun ay yung 'Lafangan'. They're selling Isaw's and the likes, for a reasonable price, and well, mejo advertising na, masarap naman ang kanilang tinda.

Hmm.. Fireworks~! and Confessions!! FTW!! XD

for those who don't know how to get to marikina, eto po ang maikling instrction:

From MRT, Baba po kau ng cubao station then punta po kayo sa Gateway Mall, then may Fx Terminal po sa labas ng mall (Aurora Blvd Exit) Sakay po kau ng SSS or Parang Fortune either FX or jeepney.

Sabhin nio sa driver na ibaba kayo sa Bayan, sa may 7eleven (kanto lang un ng Marikina Bridge)

Pgbaba nio po sa 7eleven sa bayan sakay kau ng jeep na Calumpang, sabihin nio po sa driver ibaba kayo sa Kapitan Moy, ndadaanan po ng jeep yun,nasa right side

Fare:
20petot - Fx from cubao-marikina bayan (d aq sure kung magkano pag jeep)
7petot - Jeepney from bayan-kapitan moy

From LRT 2: Baba po kayong Katipunan station, then sa labas po ng station sakay lang po kayo ng Jeepney going to "Calumpang" (dami dun,ang iingay ng barker dun e) then sabhin nio po sa driver na ibaba kayo sa Kapitan Moy

Ayan...madali lang naman po, magulo lng cguro ako magexplain..lolx para mejo malinaw click na lang po ng image for the map..

I'd like to make some additions on how to get to Kapitan Moy...

IF YOU'RE COMING FROM EITHER NORTH/SOUTH/WEST, para ito sa mga nagtitipid sa pamasahe at natatakot maligaw (lol) since ang route na sasabihin ko ay deretso na mismo sa venue. ok here we go.

• Take a bus or MRT going to CUBAO
• Walk towards Aurora Blvd., much preferred you wait infront of Gateway Mall or Isetann, then take a jeep going to CALUMPANG.
NOTE: Jeepney fare from Cubao to Kapitan Moy is only 10 pesos.
• Tell the driver to drop you off at KAPITAN MOY. Landmark infront of Kapitan Moy is San Roque Church then beside it is a building with a huge Otto Shoes billboard on top.

SA MGA MANGGAGALING NG PASIG:

• Sakay kayo ng jeep going to Marikina (either Marikina Palengke or Marikina Tulay ok lang)
• Sabihin nyo sa driver ibaba kayo sa kanto ng V. GOMEZ STREET, ang landmark na makikita nyo pag nandun na kayo is Paket Santiago Memorial Chapel, Dept. of Education Marikina District Office & Teatro Marikina, malapit na rin dun ang San Roque Church.
• Lakarin nyo papuntang San Roque Church, madadaanan nyo dapat ang dalawang chapels ng Paket Santiago...once nasa San Roque Church na kayo, nasa kabila lang ang Kapitan Moy...

SA MGA MANGGAGALING NG COGEO, ANGONO, TAYTAY, CAINTA:

• Much better kung sakay kayo ng papuntang Cubao then baba kayo sa LIGAYA tapos sakay kayo ng papuntang Marikina, then sundan nyo yung instructions ng galing Pasig...

SA MGA MANGGAGALING NG SAN MATEO & MONTALBAN:

• Baba na lang kayo sa bayan before mag-tulay then tawid kayo sa kabila sa may 7-11 then sakay kayo pa-Calumpang...

SA MGA TAGA-MARIKINA...alam nyo na yun hahahahaha!~

para sa mga may budget, you can take mauie's suggested route. yey!~
