1. Spamming and Flooding are strictly prohibited. Under these include consecutive multiple posting and one liner posts.

2. Follow the five-word rule (one liner rule). Any post containing less than 5 words will be considered as spamming regardless of the content. Pls. kindly take advantage of the edit/delete feature provided for your convenience provided that those five words form a coherent sentence related to the topic at hand.

3. Consecutive multiple posts and Off-Topic posts are considered as flooding/spamming. Pls. kindly take advantage of the edit/delete feature provided for your convenience.

4. Keep any content you post suitable for all forum members. We want our site and forums to be suited for all ages. As such, keep anything you put in your messages suitable to everyone - that means nothing related to sexual activities, pornographic images or material, obscene/profane/indecent and/or any unsuitable language, and more.

5. Pls. refrain from flaming which constitutes SLANDER, especially if it is without evidence or reason. You have the right to give an opinion of the person/product/service provided that it is well within the context of the topic involved, but Filcosplay mod-in-charge and SMODS who feel that a post has crossed the border of unfounded accusation or downright namecalling, the post will be deleted and appropriate action will be taken against the poster.

6. Signature images and avatars are allowed in the forums provided that they do not contain images that are deemed offensive. Offensive images are categorized under the following:

a) Any images containing naked facsimiles/similarities/links of men or women whether real or drawn.
b) Images/facimilies/similarities/links that contain symbols that are generally offensive.
c) Generally offensive falls under common rude symbols that are sexual in nature or racially offensive. Included too are images/symbols/links that contain photographs/images/similarities that are directed against fellow FC members or their friends/relations.

In case there is an image that cannot be decided as offensive in nature or not, action will be taken against the user if, and only if, another FC member has filed a formal complaint againt it, submitted to any of the mods of this forum.

7. Including Links in posts are allowed provided that:

a) The link is within the topic.
b) The link is not contained in a ONE-LINER or SPAM.
c) The link does not lead to or contain viruses or trojans.
d) The link does not lead to anything offensive (See 6-C for explanation of "offensive").
e) The link does not contain Fraudulent Links. Fraudulent Links means that the title of the link does not have anything to do with the website or document that it links to / from.
f) The link must contain something new to the forum. Check out the topics first to see if the topic you are about to post has already been posted. Otherwise the moderator in charge will delete the topics. Repeated actions will be subject to warnings, suspension or ban.

8. This forum discourages the use of hotlinkiing, direct and inline linking to images, avatars, banners, buttons, smilies, videos, flash files and content not your own nor stored in your own page/server/site/free media storage accounts should be avoided and should be done only with express prior CONSENT from site/page owner.

9. Signature images must be kept strictly within the 640pixels (width) and/or 160pixels (height) dimension (or any size within 102,400 pixels) limit with maximum of 50kb size. Any kind of images that goes beyond the prescribed dimensions and/or caused a popup login box to show up will be removed/deleted. We recommened using image compression format like JPEG (.JPG), GIF (.GIF) and PING (.PNG). Only ONE image signature will be allowed to minimize page load lag.
