New rules are now in effect for the Cosplay Groupies thread to make this easier to manage, post, review and to pass information regarding the creation, invitation and progress of cosplay groups by Filcosplay members.

It had come to the attention of the admins that the cosplay groups had many one liner and off topic comments and although we have a general rule about these things, it seems it has been regularly disregarded. With these rules in place, it will be easier for the mods in charge to do their work.
