Chit-Chatters Guidelines1. this section should contain informative and meaningful discussions of topics that's non-cosplay related.
by informative we mean:
- people can get some useful info about it
by meaningful discussion we mean:
- debates, constructive criticism and the like about certain issues/topic
2. Q&As such as: what's your height, favorite food, etc. or basically topics that do not facilitate the above-mentioned criteria of informative and meaningful should be relegated to the word games, etc. section.
3. topics inactive for 1 month will be deleted and/or moved to the vault section.
4. spamming, one-liner posts & double posts are not allowed.
5. please take note of the subsections and the specific guidelines posted in them.
6. more importantly, have fun! if you have questions, comments or violent reactions (hehehe), please don't hesitate to pm the moderator in charge.

My gad they were given the so called rights to decide sa pag suspend ng classes tapos binababoy nila. Obvious naman pagkalakas lakas ng ulan yesterday madaling araw pa lng at non stop na so natural flooded n streets pero di pa nila dineclare na walang pasok agad -_- hinintay pa nila mag alisan n mga students para pumasok tsaka sila nag declare. Sheesh I guess natural na sa Dep ED ang pahirapan ang mga students. Kung magkasakit naman at ma stranded mga students di naman nila pananagutan yun eh.

What the?...Your dad can do that? Wow. If I had that kind of power, hehe,  there will be more holidays than your usual calendars.ehm. But seriously. Ang hirap nga naman nang ginawa nila, pinapanood sila halos ng lahat para malaman kung may pasok o wala. Buti naman ngayon advance na sila na 'I Repeat' "No Classes tomorrow. August 9, 2007". I love no classes. Pero ang hirap pa pala ipa-suspend ng klase nang mga nasa college |

Neways, time memorial laging ganun ang Department of Education, the infamous declaration of no classes when everyone is already having classes. Nakakainis pero di talaga nila ma predict ng todo kung ulan lang o bagyo na. Minsan obvious na bahain na, di pa nila ina-announce kasi siguro hinihintay nila kung signal 1, 2 or 3 ang announcement ng PAGASA (eto isa pang minsan unreliable). |

Dumating pa ako kahapon sa school at malakas ang ulan. Tuwaan kaming lahat noong na-i-announce na walang klase.
 Anyway, medyo nahihirapan lang ang DepED sa pag-announce ng no classes kahapon. At hinihintay nila ang announcement mula sa PAGASA kung may signal o wala. >_< |

haha sorry about that. Pero sayang parin, akala ko may kakilala na ko sa FC with the power of suspending classes  Worth it naman yung pagpasok ko nang sandali kasi nag-activity kami sa Chemistry na dag-dag grades din (sorry sa absent). Tapos na retrieve ko pa yung notebook ko mula sa lost-and-found. |

hehe... nagulat din nga po ako wala namang binangit na dad... PEACE jinchu.. hehehe... topic- well, dito sa school namin.. kahit na ganun ang nangyari... the head of the school still did'nt have the initiative para pauwiin ang mga students.. natapos kami ng isang subjek.. at kahit na inanawns na.... hindi pa rin kami pinauwi.. ICOCOCONFIRM pa daw... halos mag riot na ang mga students samin... nakakainis... pero still... i blame DepEd for that.. |

I doubt that DepEd truly worries about the students. They're more concerned about their own liability. If they make a judgment call and suspend classes without the signal announcement, then they can't point at PAGASA and say "it's their fault" if it turns out to be a bad decision.
I just feel that throughout history, DepEd has been about placing the blame elsewhere and not really taking a stand. This is, at it's root, one of the major problems in this country. People entrenched in the education system refuse to accept blame and insist on finger pointing. As long as they refuse to take responsibility and acknowledge that there are problems rooted deep within the system and take steps to rectify them, the vicious cycle continues. |

parehas tayo kami hindi rin kami pinauwi kahit ang lakas lakas ng ulan sa halip ay nagklase kami whole day... kainis nga kasi its already announced pero hindi kami pinauwi ng school tapos ang Dep Ed namn kung kailan nakapasok na kami sa school saka lang sinabing walang pasok... Tuloy lahat ng students on that day nahirapan at marami ang sinipon at nilaganat dahil sa lakas ng ulan...  |

Since I'm not in high school anymore, I'd like to b*tch out to whoever declared the suspension of classes very late last Aug. 8.
rant: Class should have started at 7 AM. What time did they declare the suspension of classes in my school? 6:59 or so. We crossed roads that were flooded, and I had a hard time getting back to the place I'm staying at just near the school because one whole street was flooded with rain water, and the only way to cross it is to ride a pedicab or walk along the road (not the pedestrian, mind you.). >_> rant end. |

At isa pa, hindi pa nagsisimula ang unang subject namin noong na-announce na sa amin na walang classes.
I somehow blame DepED about suspending classes when the classes are already starting. >_< |

Di naman pwede ibintang sa pag asa yun kasi weather reports handle nila. And agree k robert n unreliable din ung pag asa kasi ilang beses na inaccurate weather reports nila kaya nga nde excuse yun para dun ipasa ng depED yung fault. Di naman na b-base sa signal ng storm kung dapat ng wag papasukin mga students, and hindi na rin base sa levels yun kasi kahit naman college students nahihirapan sa baha at malakas na ulan. Kung workers nga binabayaran na sila mas may right magpapasok ng tao nila nagpapakita ng concern eh tapos sila na nga tong binabayaran sila pa nasusunod at ang yabang pa umasta >< unfair. Sana mabaha din ang buond DepED office at mahirapan din sila.

Tama kayo dyan, talagang most of the students hindi nakapasok dahi sa sama ng panahon... Para sa akin dapat na sisihin ang Dep ed dahil malimit na lang na ganun ang nangyayari tuwing masama ang panahon, nakakaawa ang mga students... |

boy...hindi lang ikaw ang naglakad sa baha kaya wag kang umangal...\ ok back to the topic... looking on DepEd...sheesh! magaling sila sa pagsisi sa PAG-ASA, sila rin naman ang dispalinghado eh... anyways...looking on PAG-ASA? sheesh...they're inaccurate most of the time 'coz of their equipment...they don't have funds to purchase state-of-the-art equipment like the ones used in US... like others have mentioned...it's only a cycle...blaming on this...blaming on that... |
