Alright, if you know who Mad-Eye Moody is, then you know what I'm talking about when I'm talking about his electric blue eye that darts everywhere.
If you don't, then I'll explain briefly: Alastor 'Mad-Eye' Moody is a character from the Harry Potter series and plays a large role in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. He's an ex-Auror (Dark Wizard catcher) and is all scarred up and stuff. He has an eye that darts around and stuff.
I already made the eye part - I painted a ping-pong ball. I'm just not sure how to make it move. I was thinking of something like having a plastic sphere and filling it with water, but I couldn't find one, sadly.
Any suggestions?

GOOGLY EYES, the kind used for stuff toy dolls.
