and.. also.. where can i find / buy/ pagawa various patches.. ranging from military, rocker, or school patches?

^ Well, I can only comment on the patches. I think they are selling at Fillbar's (the magazine stall). I was able to see some when my brother was buying Tim Duncan and The Punisher pins for his bag. :)

I've been seeing high-heeled mary janes EVERYWHERE for the past 4 months. ^_^0 Check out Rusty Lopez, Mario D' Boro and Gibi to be safe. Also, department stores are a good source for shoes. :D Good luck!

Recto and places with colleges and universities has lots of tailor shops that cater to ROTC or CAT uniforms, you can make cheap patches there. I usually have mine made at Fort Bonifacio shops.
As for high heeled boots, try the ukay ukays for cheap ones. Try the one beside Farmer's Plaza in Cubao, or the one beside the MRT Taft station sa may Crow Bus lines, and the one tapat ng Robinson's Galleria opposite of Edsa sa may hintayan ng bus.

ukay.... tingin tingin ka lang sa ukay na may tindang sapatos... saw two of those last night black, same heels you wanted, with a little embroidery (totally cute), it's 180 pesos. Or take your chances in the department stores, just don't be surprised if it costs 800++... or go to customized shoe/boots shop... just look at the cosplay directory for more info.

try mo sa baclaran, not sure pero sabi kasi, merong particular store dun na nagbebenta ng ganyan types of platforms [gomen, sa lahata ng ganyan, platforms na talaga tawag ku ^^;]
if not, tama c ate. polence, ukay ukay ka magtingin, i think i bought one of those, plain black nga lang for 200 dito banda sa las pinas ^^
