Rate My Team Please, my eldar team

Im only 14 years of age and im interested in the eldar ive been writing up copies of eldar armies for a few months now and this is what ive come up with. please feel free to critisise this team as much as you want maybe even telling me where i went wrong. well here it is.

And it all comes to 1499 points.

Basically the opponent concentrates a lot of fire on the avatar because if he gets to close then he will cut down most things, while the enemy fire is concentrated at the avatar and vypers etc the falcon rushes down one flank and the wave serpent at the other unleashing the howling banshees ready to kick some ass, meanwhile the 2 heavy weapon platforms a fireing away with big grins on their faces and if any unit with more than 1 wound get to close to my farseer, they will crumble under his supirior mind power.

please help me from where i went wrong or could possibly fix my force.

you know my brothers been hassling me because im using the eldar and hes all like they suck a stuff but only because he collects the indistructable turds lol.(necrons). every time im about to win he tries to bend the rules and say some stupid rule and im even stupider and belive it (what a fuck head eh!)
