How to Join FFR

Register as a CHARACTER NAME. That means do not sign up as "cloudstrife227", "XxyunaxX", or some other netspeak handle. Sign up as Terra or Wakka or Biff.
Join intending to roleplay. Final Fantasy Resurrection is not a social board or an FF chat board. It is a board to roleplay as characters from Final Fantasy.
Claim or create a character. If you're going to be someone from FF canon, take a look at this first. You can be a character from any Final Fantasy - I through X-2, Tactics, TA, MQ, and you can create characters from XI and CC.

General Rules

All rules and regulations of the Invisionfree Terms of Use apply.
No spamming in any forums other than the social grounds. If you see spam, please report it to a mod or admin. DO NOT post saying "stop spamming" unless you have feedback to the thread's topic in the post as well.
No double posting unless it is over 3 days, or you're in a thread by yourself.
In addition to these rules, stick to the rules a specific thread may have.
NEVER ask for ROMs, and do NOT give out ROM hosting sites. They are illegal.
Do not ask to be made part of the staff. If you work hard for the board�s well being, you will be considered.
Do not hotlink images. Use the board or a hosting site.
Do not attempt to bypass the board filters.
You may not PM other members with advertisements unless you've been an active member for 30 days.
Don't join simply to advertise your forum. If all you do is send out a blanket PM saying "join this board" and/or post an advertisement on the board (whether it be in an existing topic or in its own topic), your account will be deleted.
Members who register and do not claim/create a character or do anything else within two weeks will be subject to deletion.
Any account suspected of being a spambot is subject to immediate deletion. We do not tolerate spambots at all.
Members who disappear without notification for over six months are subject to deletion and character loss at the staff's discretion.

Conduct Rules

Treat all members of the board with respect. Do not flame anybody, and report any flaming to the staff.
No racial slurs, racial comments or anything that would be offensive to a certain group or minority (i.e. homosexuals, people of other religions, etc.).
If you have any complaints, anything to report, inform a staff member or post it in a topic whose subject is complaints/suggestions.
Do not disrespect or flame staff members. This will earn you an automatic suspension.
Don't cause any unnecessary trouble on the board.
No sexually explicit content.

RPing Rules

RPing in this board is done in a system-free form. That means no stats are used and therefore what determines the RPG is the players creativity, imagination and common sense.
Do not godmod: While playing, do not input actions for other member�s characters; do not make your character all-powerful or dodge/survive every attack with only minimal injuries.
Give other players a chance to react to powerful attacks and escape attempts; this is part of not assuming your actions succeeded. As a rule of thumb, the more powerful an ability used will be, the longer it should take to charge up.
Do not metagame: Do not have your character know something he has no good in-character reason to.
Avoid posting one-liners; try to have at least 50 words per post.
Do not use the asterisk connotation to show your actions.

Disciplinary System

A warning PM will be sent to the offender.
If you continue to break the rules, you will receive a board warning.
After 3 board warnings, you will be banned for 24 hours.
If it continues even after the 24-hour ban, you will be banned for 7 days.
In case it continues after all the actions stated above are taken, you will be IP banned.
