Punishment: 10% warning level
Punishment for second offense : 10% warning level, 1 day ban
Description : Spamming or picture spamming in a thread.

Offense : All caps
Punishment: 10% warning level
Punishment for second offense : 20% warning level, 1 Hour Ban
Description : Typing in all caps for a reply, or a thread in all caps.

Offense : Impersonation
Punishment: Primary account 3 day ban, impersonating acount termination
Punishment for second offense : Termination
Description : Impersonating a staff member or another member on the boards.

Offense : Wasting Court's time
Punishment: 10% warning level
Punishment for second offense : 10% warning level, 1 day ban
Description : Posting an appeal and losing.

Offense : Posting porn
Punishment: 10% warning level, 3 day ban
Punishment for second offense : 20% warning level, 7 day ban
Description : Posting pornography, drawn or real, posting "questionable" stuff will result termination and a call to the police.

Offense : Racist remarks
Punishment: 10% warning level, 1 day ban
Punishment for second offense : 20% warning level, 4 day ban
Description : Racism or hateful remarks. Enforced only when comitted out of hate and not in the intention of "being funny" which counts as rule 1, spam


Offense : Telling the mods what to do
Punishment: 10% warning level
Punishment for second offense : 10% warning level, 1 day ban
Description : Telling the mods how to act, who to ban, or what to lock where you shouldn't instead of clicking the "report" button.


Offense : Recreation of a locked or deleted topic
Punishment: 10% warning level
Punishment for second offense : 10% warning level, 3 day ban
Description : Creating a topic that was deleted or locked.


Offense : Malicious links
Punishment: 10% warning level, 3 day ban
Punishment for second offense : 10% warning level, 7 day ban
Description : Posting a fake link or an auto-redirector. (fake links are links that do not link to the place they seem to)


Offense : Posting personal information
Punishment: 10% warning level, 1 day ban
Punishment for second offense : 10% warning level, 5 day ban
Description : Posting the personal information of antother member


Offense : Whine about being banned
Punishment: 10% warning level, 2 day ban
Punishment for second offense : 10% warning level, 3 day ban
Description : Posting about being banned or having your topic locked in any terms other than the ones stated in this forum.

Offense : Flaming
Punishment: 10% warning level
Punishment for second offense : 10% warning level, 2 day ban
Description : Posting for the sole reason of insulting another member without offering any form of constructive criticism.

Offense : Patronizing or Ordering Around
Punishment: Will be treated as Spam, Impersonation of authority, or Flaming based on the mod's choice
Description : Telling people how to act or what to do when not based on the rules and in a tone of a command (not friendly suggestion).


The staff may ban you for offenses not listed here, you may appeal and if the administration finds your side correct the ban will be lifted, if it finds your side incorrect the offense will be anchored in the law and the ban will remain.
