Vas was created initially as a prototype program for the purpose of
containing dangerous and strong data, be it virus, coding, glitches or even Navies. He was designed to be agile and fast to be able reach his targeted and drain their energies. However, after absorbing many kinds of programs, malignant and belligerent alike under the scrutiny of his developers, the gathered strings of coding became corrupted and melded together, altering the programming of Vas, granting it a desire to be free. This altered programming forced Vas to escape from his creators, and his sustenance. Thus he roams the net, swiftly absorbing enough data to sustain its functionality and freedom.

CHARATERISTICS:
Constantly on the move, avoids remaining in Megaman's line of fire, unless for attacks.

Just a quick Sketch done in pencil and fineliner. The legs look off >.> like really off. The Feet need to be revised in design.

Vas stops moving for moment, crouching down. It dashes rapidly forward with the right hand outstretched with an unclenched fist. Should It collide with an object, He will stop on that exact panel and absorb energy, healing him 10/20/30 hp and destroying the obstacle. If it collides with Megaman, the same thing will happen, but 20/40/60 hp is drained instead. At Sp and Ex, chips will be stolen and rendered unusable. The draining process takes about one or two seconds and can be interrupted by typical chips that cause flinching.

Level Changes:
The dashes become more rapid and frequent. At the 3rd tier, it generates a small barrier if it successfully absorbs a substance on top of the health regeneration.

Vas hunches over on one of the back panels and the canister on his back pops open, and four data packets launch out. If these any of these packets land on Megaman; they will deal him damage, if they miss Megaman, they will remain on stage as obstacles and crack the panel they land on. These packets come in two varieties green and blue. The green ones just deal damage, while the blue ones sap hp for a couple seconds. If Vas dashes into a green packet and absorbs it, it will gain a dark green aura and his attack damage increases by 5. If Vas dashes into a second one a light green aura will emerge; its hp will regenerate by increments of 5.
If Vas dashes into a third packet, it will gain a white aura and after
returning to his side of the field for a couple moments then dropping its canister. These packets will be destroyed if 40/60/80 damage is done to it

Level Changes:
For each Level Increase, the number of data packets released increases 2
per level. They also descend much faster.

After absorbing 3 different green packets, Vas drops its canister and launches itself into the air and lands in the centre of Megaman's field dealing damage if Megaman is there. Vas then drains data from the panels marked as one, and then the panels marked 2, then one again. If Megaman is on these panels as they are being drained and energy is sent back to the canister. Once the attack is finished, Vas jumps back to the canister and puts it on and the 1 panel are turned into cracked. If the canister was not attacked with 40/70/100 Dmg or more during this attack phase, Vas regains 80/100/120 health.

Level changes:
For each level increase, the absorption pattern repeats. So at the
Second level, the absorbtion goes 1>2>1>2>1, and at the next tier, it goes


1>2>1>2>1>2>1

Attack: Energy Chain. Dmg: 50/80/120 (chain)
Dmg: 0/0/20 (packets)

Vas drops his canister at the middle of the back column. Fragments will randomly fall from above. If Megaman is hit by one of these, he will be forcibly shifted up or down [no damage dealt]. At higher levels, the packets will stun Megaman temporarily, and at the highest level, it will deals 20 Dmg. Vas will be rapidly move between the top and bottom Rows until he is on the same row as Megaman. Once this happens, Vas will throw out a chain made of energy which lasts 3 rows, this chain will fly out straight, and turn when it is in the same column as Megaman, returning to the canister. If Megaman struck by this chain, he will be dealt 50/80/120 damage and have his movements slowed down. This process repeats 3 times with small intervals, when Vas reaches below 300 hp, the speed of the chains increase and he releases 4 chains without any intervals.

Data Summon's other effect is a bit too much. VAS needs health because I can't make a decision on the rest of the moves without knowing what his health will be.

Woops I Forgot about the HP >.< Lemme re-edit it.

Should I just remove the hp sapping part from the BLue Data, just making them damaging things?

The whole aura thing for Data Summon seems a bit too much. Also, the recovering health thing is fine since it's a small part of the health VAS would get back. Only thing I would say is about the frequency of the moves but that can be sorted out if this is put into the game.

So the damge increase of 5 points and the slow health regen is a bit too much?

He looks cool dude! maybe you should apply for artist or something like that wink.gif

the concept looks cool and a slow health regen wouldn't be that much of trouble so i don't see why it is if you fire your mega buster and nullify his regen then it's fast enough
