Well, the biggest gripe I have is how they all look extremely similar to one another. They all seem to posses the exact same facial features which makes it very hard to distinguish between them.
This also ties in with another gripe I have; I did not honestly recognize any character until you pointed them out. Even knowing that is supposed to be adult LAn and MAyl, I still don't see it.
For one, they don't look old enough to be considered adult, and MAyl looks like your Lan pic with a new hairdo...
Just build up on facial features and hair and perhaps not use the same eyes on everyone and you should see improvement in your art.

Also, try drawing some bodies. Not trying to sound like a jerk, but we'd need you to draw entire bodies in your work, and its tough to accept you when you show a bunch of heads.

Sure I can do that. I was going to do some more detailed work to show off the different eyes I can do. I'll add some bodies to the mix.
EDIT:
This is just a for now kinda thing... This was made last year in haste, I can do a bit better and I have improved in a year.

Practice more. My brain's "THIS IS WRONG" radar detecting so much that I don't even know where to start. Note that I happen to be EXTREMELY picky with flow and shape, so it doesn't mean that it's horrible.
