Well, not tonight anyway, but once all new stuff has been sorted. There are some rule changes I need to get accustomed to, etc. I'll see if I can share some of the other work I did in the meantime. My computer tells me the folder NS > Europa > Maps contains 278 MB of goodness, so there is bound to be something new and interesting to share.

Edit: Et voila, something fresh to share with the rest of the world. smile.gif

O, I'm talking about pretty much .png image. Header, Europan symbol on the left, and probably lots of other stuff. Blame IE6. I'll get another browser when I get some extra RAM.

Will edit the symbol on the left. As for the header, is it causing a lot of problems? Could just replace that with plain text and it would still look the same, but without the glow and shade.

Not really. Although I think you'd rather change it to a .gif. It won't look as good, but it will have all of the transparency one could want. But dunno, how many people here are still using Internet Explorer 6?

51,01% according to the stats, but they may be a little out of date.

Edit: I replaced or removed all PNG's, so there shouldn't be any problems left and there a few miliseconds cut from the pageload yet again. Closing this shoutbox when you're not using it also helps to reduce the pageload. When the old Cbox is phased out, there should be another reduction of pageload by 2 miliseconds as well. My latest test show it's around 1.7 seconds for the mainpage to load.

I know this is a bit delayed, but the map looks really groovy Orioni. All the hard work is muchly appreciated.

Edit: And wow, did I had no clue that little remark was headed here. Whew. First time I think I've posted in a section other than role-playing or the welcome section.
