I based this atlas on what's listed in there. I'm not going to base it on the regional list because too many come and go. You will surely understand that.

Once in a while I check the regional list to see if there have been changes. The list you can see here is a little out of date. I'll be sure to keep you informed.

Valdeunia is on the map (yellow island in the east). Smurfs may remove him.
