This time, I come not as a representative from GB&I but as one from ACCEL, for which I would like to request a Consulate.

ACCEL stands for Alliance of Capitalists, Conservatives and Economic Libertarians. It is an inter-regional alliance in which both regions and individual nations are admitted.

ACCEL is a pro-sovereignty alliance which, obviously, promotes capitalism. It was founded on 29th June 2005, with the ratification of The Treaty of ACCEL, which describes the ideology and the purposes of the Alliance, as well as regulates its basic functions. Currently, ACCEL has about 25 regional members, among which are The New Meritocracy, Gatesville, Galts Gulch, as well as the region I come from, GB&I.

We in ACCEL hope that we can establish formal relations with Europa and, through our diplomatic missions, learn more about each other.

I'm terribly sorry for the delay, it has been a rather busy day yesterday.

Well, I understand your qualms over this one. In GB&I, we had many heated debates on whether we should join ACCEL, for the simple reason that many of our members aren't conservatives or capitalists, with some of them being in the exact opposite side as communists. In the end, we concluded that the diplomatic benefits were compelling and we joined.

However, this hardly is the issue in this case. ACCEL is merely asking for a Consulate, with discussions about membership being premature at the moment and entirely up to you to consider. The Consulate will just serve as an avenue for better communication between your region and the Alliance and as a way for the two of us to know each other better.

I hope that, considering the above points, the Senate will allow the opening of the ACCEL Consulate in Europa. And of course, something I have forgotten to mention in my request post, if ACCEL is granted a Consulate in Europa, one for Europa will be created in the ACCEL forum as soon as Europa requests it.

Well, I have been around without heading an Embassy or a Consulate for sometime. So, now at least I have a position ;) .
