one of my favorite animes, i own it on dvd, it had a great story, characters, music, it always got you on the plot twists and had a good ending, though i couldn't quite figure out the last part where everyone is walking around living different lives like everything had reset

I really enjoyed this one. The ending is a bit ambiguous but I personally interpret it to mean that we all have to find our own Paradise, the way the pack of wolves were struggling to find theirs. Paradise is what you make of it and it is not meant to be imagined as a tangible place one could get to, but more of an idea, a state of mind.

We should focus less on trying to get to Paradise and start trying to create Paradise.

I haven't watched Wolf's Rain in God knows how many years but that is the one thing I remember most after watching the whole thing.

Truly one of Bones' greatest animes and one of the greatest animes in history.

I've watched the movie, and I can't stop crying.....

I don't think I will ever stop crying.

Wolf's Rain owns so much.
I have the DVD Boxed Set.
The dub is one of the best ever created.

That is all. xDD

It was most certainly a unique and interestin' series, that's for sure.

The end is open to interpretation, I think, but I believe that it shows how the world was cleansed and started anew, and then how evil infected it again (hence the melting eyeball spreading through the pristine nature) and that eventually gave rise to man and cities and greed, and the wolves were once again reborn to help restore the balance.

But that's just my take, personally.

I recently purchased Wolf's Rain and have watched about 12 episodes. I like it quite a bit......the mythology, what I know of it so far, is interesting.....and I enjoy the characters.
