What do we need

Well folks now that you have my undivided attention lets hear what we need and any suggestions you may have for the forums. And please none of the New members and such kinda thing i mean things to help boost it to get new members, weather it be layout to well whatever lets here it. Also if your gonna say layout show me something tell me colors and such like that and we will work from that. Anyways you get the idea so start posting and if it starts to go off topic i will delete post so keep it on topic.

Well tbh, maybe the rules could be loosened a little. This is probably the forum that cares most about double posting and post count and such in all the forums I've ever seen. I mean, it's not like the post count matters or anything. This is my personal observation, not making accusations or anything.

Allowing double posting = terrible idea.

I think maybe lowering the post count requirement for allowing a personalized user rank name. Like I have "Chief Historian" Arty has "I can see the ending" Reff has "Owch that's gotta hurt" etc etc

Don't do that! What will become of my exclusive privilage to change my user rank at will? Do you know how hard I spa... er worked for this right?! Do you?!!


To keep this from being deleted, I think we need to remove the text at the bottom of the screen talking about how we are the "unofficial eureka seven forums and have no sponsorshp by bones" Cause we aren't the unofficial the forums anymore.

Most forums I've been on are at least nominally against double posting. Of course, I don't inhabit the wilder side of the interwebz.

No no, you misunderstood me. I'm not saying "Let the spamming start without control" I'm just saying loosen the rules a little bit. I'm not even talking about double posting specifically, just the rules in general.

Please be more specific about which rules you want loosened then.

The rules aren't really all that tight. People double post and don't get in trouble. People verge on and cross the line into swearing. And, wow, a little mod comment.

Ok, well first let's go with:

16) Ok I know, alot of posts aren't going to make it past one line, and I haven't really seen this rule enforced. However, new members will look at it, and combined with all the other rules there's a possibility they might think it's too strict or something.

8) Again, same concept as #16, I see quite a few minor threats and jokes and such, but new members might interpret the rule in the wrong way and think it too strict.

9) Ok this one's a bit strange, as in I'm the one strange for even bringing this up. If people actually enjoy these kinds of things....why not make a section for them to discuss it or something? And everyone who goes into that section must be over 18 or something? i'm just saying this because This forum needs more members.

As a side note, I see lots of people instantly say NO NECROING to posts that have been made a while ago, but alot of the posts actually add to the topic.
(*as a note regarding Necroing, if the post you add to the dead topic does add something to it, and the topic can be continued, it is not Necroing and will not be looked at as having broken the rules)

Since you said something about the layout, and how Glitter probably won't do it now. (Don't ask).

I have no idea which sites you could go to, but maybe look for some places with customized forum templates, then tweak the colors for them that matches either bones' theme colors or something else equally appropriate.

We could do different color schemes based off of specific series (i.e. Eureka Seven, Fullmetal Alchemist, Darker than Black, etc.).

Just do CMYK

This will fit our current banner very well
