Date Pt.2, Reita and Sakito please

[Sakito]

In the car, both of them amazingly fell silent. But the silence was not uncomfortable. Sakito's mind replayed the kiss... their tongues rubbing along with each together's so slowly and thoroughly. They fitted together so perfectly...

He wondered what Reita think about him... Did Reita think Sakito could be the one to open him up...?

His fingers gripped onto the steering wheel, eyes focusing on the road in front of him.

Nibbling onto his lower lip, he couldn't forget how good the kiss felt. His cheeks warmed a bit at the thought...

Pulling at the sidewalk, he spoke softly, "We're here." The engines died down as he unbuckled himself, his eyes rested on the other.

[Reita]

The way Sakito ran his finger over his lips was playing over in his mind, as well as the expression on his face and in his eyes. Reita cleared his throat, shifting in the car seat. He had locked the door quickly enough, and very much enjoyed having their fingers linked while they made their way to the vehicle.

The bassist smiled a little to himself as Sakito drove them to the restaurant, Apartment resting comfortably on the dashboard in front of him. Images of Sakito standing before him, staring at him and touching his lips, wouldn't leave him alone.

He tried not to think of the kiss, but he could still taste Sakito on his lips and tongue... and he already wanted more.

When they stopped, he cleared his throat and unbuckled himself, climbing out and moving to close the door. Reita shot a smile to his boyfriend and sighed in contentment.

[Sakito]

Locking the car, he returned a soft and warm smile to Reita. Pocketing the car keys into his jeans, he reached out and laced their fingers together again. He wondered if this was called an addiction...

He stayed close to Reita when they made their way into a particular restaurant, small and dimly lit. Sakito smiled secretly. He had always liked the romantic feel of this palce, but he couldn't yet bring a companion back then,

But now, he had Reita with him.

"I think you'll like it here," he said softly, looking up to the bassist.

As they entered the restaurant, Sakito didn't pull away his hand from Reita. He didn't care if people were staring at them. He didn't care what they think...

[Reita]

Reita smiled and coughed lightly, giving a small, shy grin as their fingers linked and he moved up to the restaurand with Sakito in tow. He gently squeezed his boyfriend's hand and held the door open for him, following in quickly after.

The restaurant was dimly lit and smelled wonderful. Reita liked it immediately. He smiled wider and almost leaned down to kiss his boyfriend's lips, but realized where they were.

"I'm sure I will." he assured quietly, smiling and gave another squeeze to his hand.

[Sakito]

When Reita held the door open for him, he almost melted at the gentleman-like nature. His smile widened, blushing softly when the bassist leaned down a bit. The surroundings were dim, so Sakito thought that Reita wouldn't see the pink tint across his cheeks.

A waiter led them to a table, in the corner. A red rose was placed in the middle and as they sat down, Sakito could smell its lovely scent.

"What would you like?" he offered the other the menu.

[Reita]

Adjusting his nose strap with his free hand for a moment, Reita followed and held on firmly to Sakito's hand as the waiter lead them through to their table. The waiting rose shocked him and he blinked, wondering if his boyfriend had set that up. For a moment, he felt something stronger than just caring deeply for Sakito... but he was too afraid to call it love.

Instead, Reita cleared his throat gently and smiled softly, taking the offered menu before he glanced through and found what he wanted. He looked up to his boyfriend and gave a crooked grin.

"What are you havig?" he asked quietly, not wanting to ruin the atmosphere set.

[Sakito]

Smiling back, he replied with a soft voice, "Pasta and salad." The list of grilled chicken and steak was sto tempting, but Sakito resisted them because he was conscious about his diet and body image.

Placing their orders, the waitress left them alone again. He rested his elbows on the table and folded his arms to rest his chin on the back of his hands. His eyes couldn't help but keep them on Reita. He didn't know how to start the conversation, just simply gazing at this wonderful man in front of him softly.

[Reita]

A small frown settled over Reita's features. "Don't tell me you're worried about how you look. You look fantastic, Saki-kun." he murmured. He hated the pressures of the industry, but he didn't really need to worry about that, because he worked out. Still, it bothered him that his boyfriend seemed to be almost frighteningly conscious of this.

Sighing softly, he placed his own order of grilled chicken (which came with vegetables) and then looked to the other man, mildly surprised to see him staring back at him. Reita's lips twitched into a smile and he shifted in his seat.

"My lips feel weird..." he murmured all of a sudden, and licked a little bit of them, his gaze shifting back to his boyfriend. "It's your lips gloss. Hmm... it tastes better off of your lips."

[Sakito]

So, Reita found out. Sakito's smile turned a bit sour, "Well... I don't want to disappoint anyone that I've gained weight or something..."

"It's your lips gloss. Hmm... it tastes better off of your lips."

His eyes widened slightly at Reita's words. A deep blush appeared across his cheeks and he hoped the other couldn't see it. Lowering his gaze back to the table, his smile changed into the shy one he usually cast at Reita.

"I'm... glad that you like it..."

[Reita]

His frown grew and Reita sighed. "You're thin, Saki-kun. Don't get into that mind set, please? You're gorgeous the way you are..." he murmured, letting his gaze fall to the table. Using words never helped him in past relationships... he could only hope it would be different this time.

One day, I'll show you just how much I like it.

And after that thought, Reita promptly slapped himself. In his mind at least. He didn't need weird looks from the waiters or whoever else was in there.

"Yes, it's very sweet, but your lips make it sweeter." he smiled, getting too much enjoyment from making his boyfriend blush.

[Sakito]

"You're gorgeous the way you are..."

Sakito paused, surprised at Reita's words. He didn't expect the bassist to say...
His smile softened as he lifted his gaze from the table.

In the past, he was reminding himself how much he could eat and what food contains fat. For what? It wasn't that Sakito wished to attract people. It was for the fans and his own slim image that he had built ever since Nightmare had started.

But now... he felt that he could let everything else go.

And be just the way he was because Reita liked the way he was now.

"I'll try not to think about it....Thank you," he whispered back. He really didn't know how to express how grateful he was to the bassist.

[Reita]

"I just don't want you to hurt yourself to stay this way..." he murmured, sighing softly and looking a little defeated. Seriously, he'd heard of people dying from trying to stay thin or get thinner... Really, he tries not to have it bother him... He just maintains his excercise and makes sure to eat only a small amount of sweets or things.

Feeling a little upset with himself, for some unknown reason, the bassist reached out and picked up his water, taking a few sips from it before setting it back down with a sigh. It upset him to think about the pressures, as so many from PSC seemed to be pressured from the indistry to stay thin... and then even more people from other labels and all over the music scene.

It sickened him.

[Sakito]

Sakito's smile dropped when he saw Reita's expression.... the other looked saddened and worried somehow. Slowly, he reached foward and rested his gentle hand on the other's

"I'll be alright, don't worry," Sakito tried to offer Reita a smile again.

Exercise was sure the healthy way to go, but Sakito found himself couldn't afford the time to. He was always burdened with the band's work. He was the leader of Nightmare, the main composer and lyricist, he also needed to work on the band's styles and other related things.

Not eating much gave him headaches and sometimes, he felt as though he couldn't make it through the day. Silently, he reviewed these in his mind.

But for the time being, he didn't want Reita to worry.

[Reita]

Brown eyes looked up to the man across from him when he felt a gentle pressure on his hand. Reita listened and nodded. Boldly, he turned his hand over, so their palms were touching, and lifted Sakito's hand to his lips, kissing his knuckles softly.

Already you're so precious to me...

"I know your band is a high priority... but if you have time to go out with me, you should be able to make the time to take better care of yourself." he murmured, kissing Sakito's knuckle again.

Slowly, he set the other's hand back down onto the table, offering a nervous, attempted reassuring smile.

[Sakito]

His smile softened when Reita took hold of his hand and kissed his knuckles ever so gently.

Whispering in reply, "You're now my first priority, Reita..." He couldn't help but tell the bassist this. Sakito felt those three words of "I love you" were on the tip of his tongue...

But yet...

He didn't think it would be a good idea to say them.... He didn't want to push Reita too quickly. (And also, a restaurant wouldn't be a very suitable place to)

Then, the waitress came to place down their plates in front of them. Sakito didn't retreat his hand from Reita's.

[Reita]

Hearing those words, however soft they were, Reita could only smile, letting his lips linger againt Sakito's skin. His eyes closed and he felt his insides twist. He had a feeling that Sakito wanted to say 'I love you' but really... they just met the day before... wasn't that just a bit fast? It bugged him when stuff like that happened... it always felt so surreal and un-life-like... as if the other person would just evaporate before him and that would be it.

Reita tried to clear his thoughts and by the time he opened his eyes again, their waitress was standing above them, all smiles and he lowered their hands, keeping them out of her way as she set down their plates. He knew Saktio wouldn't pull his hand back, and he refused to do so as well.

He smiled to the waitress and uttered a soft 'Arigatou' before she smiled again and disappeared from their sight again.

[Sakito]

He whispered a soft "thanks" and bowed his head a little before the waitress walked away and left them alone again. His eyes rested of Reita, "The food here should be very nice." Smiling, he gently retreated his hand from the bassist so that they could start their meal.

Although it was just pasta and salad, Sakito felt they were special already. Because he wasn't eating alone nor with his band mates. In front of him was someone very very dear to him. In a place so romantic together, small and intimate, Sakito felt as though this was a dream...

Picking up the fork, he started on his pasta.

[Reita]

Reita smiled and when the waitress walked away, he brought Sakito's knuckles to his lips again, before slowly letting go of his hand. "It smells wonderful." he murmured, dropping his hand to pick up the utensils. Because the restauruant was more for western style foods, they were given a fork and knife instead of chopsticks.

As much as he disliked vegetables, Reita sucked up his childishness and began to eat, enjoying the meal and enjoying the company he was with. Even though he couldn't cook to save his life, the bassist felt the sudden want to make something special for Sakito... something that would mean more because he made it... not some strangers in a restaurant.

Maybe... He smiled and looked up across the table. "How's the pasta?"

[Sakito]

He was really glad that Reita was enjoying his food and the place. Sakito felt a sense of satisfaction that he was giving the bassist a good time here. He had never dated anyone, so he was nervous...

But the smile of Reita's face soothed every kind of worry. His gaze softened when he replied, "I don't normally have pasta, but it's very nice."

He thought for a while before he spoke up, "Would you like some wine?" Wine was something that he rarely had. But tonight was a very very special occassion.

[Reita]

The bassist wanted to tell Sakito just how much he was enjoying himself, but was afraid to break the comfortable, intimate feeling and atmosphere that had built around them. It had been so long since he'd been out on a date, and even longer since he'd enjoyed one. He was really grateful to Sakito... he was the best thing to happen to his love life.

I think... I can love again...

Reita smiled at his boyfriend. "I'm glad you're enjoying it. The chicken's good, too." he smiled wider.

"Oh, wine? Hmm... sure." he smiled, wanting so badly to just kiss Sakito... Reita was so glad that he looked happy. He didn't allow himself to think that he was the cause... it just didn't seem right yet that he would make the other so happy.
