I know the clans been very inactive, and that's not a bad thing. I know that school has been cramming everybodies' day. I myself have been swamped in Hon. Biology, run like crazy, and then practive instruments. It's not easy for any of us.

FOR EVERYONE
Let's try to span EOC's horizon over the wide blue ocean. This is for anybody:

Try to recruit some of ETC's more active members.

This allows the clan to be very active. It doesn't matter if the new members are nOOB's. Just get them in here. Once people see how active the clan is, the will want to join on their own.

It helps that if you don't see someone within a month or so, to PM them, just to remind that they play a part in this clan and that they're needed. Just make them feel important.

Try to be more active on the site. The site is an organizational tool. When I get back, I'm going through the site. I'll try to improve it in my free time. Once that happens, we should be back on our feet. It might mean that you may have to start all over again (I would completely sweep the forum).

FOR LEADERS
Try to get the members in higher positions. Make new positions if you have to. This allows more leadership and an incentive to be active, but also limit the position's power and have certain requirements for each position.

Yeah i would like to be a temporary Leader or something who have a lot of influence in the clan since original leaders are becoming prety inactive...so i could have the power to add members or accept wars...if is not me please find someone who is very active to lead a clan since slick dont get much on
