To apply for a canon, fill out the student ministry file and the staff will look over your application.

strike-thru means taken or unavailable.
italics mean that the character is taken but inactive. PM staff for info.
* Important plot character - detailed, in-canon application needed and good activity.

PLEASE NOTE: Beneath each character name is their affiliation. In some cases, with the important plot characters, the affiliation is already determined. However, with the majority of the canons it is left up to you to decide where their loyalties lie. There are restrictions for obvious reasons - for example, a Slytherin can't join the D.A - and so we ask you to bear in mind the character's house and the realities to keep everything in canon. Also, be aware that there are limited positions within each organisation - particularly with the Durov Circle. Any character may be classed as 'neutral'.

OOTP - Order of the Phoenix.
D.E - Death Eaters.
Durov - Durov Circle.
M.O - Ministry Officials.
D.A - Dumbledore's Army.
S.S - Slytherin Society.
Neutral - no affiliation.

  Hermione Granger is the brains of the Trio. She uses her intelligence to get through difficult situations and is always there to help Harry. Along with Ron, she was also confined to the Hospital Wing for a period of time after the Battle to recover from her injuries. The Battle showed how far Lord Voldermort is willing to go to kill Harry Potter; and it showed the Trio that they needed to stay at Hogwarts for their final year.
