Let's Talk About the Outer Looks
Hair: Lucius's hair is silvery-blond, hanging down to his shoulders. - Often tied into a pony tail.
Eyes: His eyes speak of no emotion, as if the very essence of winter is locked within those cool Gray eyes. His pupils are almost like the belly of the cosmos, speaking of no life and only an eternal stretch of black. That is not to say Lucius is emotionless, however.
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 153
Build: Lucius is very well postured, always poised. He is slender and not muscular in any way.
Overall Appearance: Beauty has always ran in the Malfoy family, the most notable feature the silvery blond hair that runs like silk beneath the fingers. This is not to say every Malfoy has had hair like this, of course. Even the first known Malfoy, Loxian, was said to have brown hair and it was his wife, Elondiah, who brought along the traditional silvery locks.
It is not to say that Lucius is the most beautiful man to walk the earth, which indeed, he's not. Though he walks with a strut and his head held high, he cannot help but to notice that there are others who could be considered more handsome then he. Though he knows that it does not matter in the end. He has money, he has power. The strutting peacock would not be outshone, even if the tails of others were slightly more detailed.
His lips are nearly always curved into a supercilious smirk. One that speaks wonders, far more then his eyes ever would. At first glance, you know already that he doesn't like you. Unless of course, you yourself wear a smirk just like he, basking in the glories that come with the purity of your blood.
Let's Talk About How They Are Inside
Likes: Autumn, Beauty, Purity {When concerning blood, that is}, Power, Money, Those who give him respect, Those who deserve respect, Snakes, Black coffee and Peacocks.
Dislikes: Unpure filth {Muggle-born}, those who show him disrespect or disrespect the Malfoy name and purity, Unintelligent people, being punched/insulted/getting the crap beaten out him {Which seem to happen often in RPs}, those who stand in his way or when he doesn't get his own way and his Grandmother.
Interests: The Dark Arts, Causing people {He doesn't like} pain, Death Eaters, Manipulation, Tracing Family History
Sexual Orientation: Straight.
Goals: To become a Deatheater {If he isn't already}, To bring pride to the Malfoy name, and to gain get more riches or power - Whatever way needed.
Strengths: Many of the Dark Arts, Potions, Lying, Manipulating, Defense against the Dark Arts, Hexes,
Weaknesses: Cleaning spells, Cooking, most Charms, Care of Magical Creatures and his unquenched thirst for power
Patronus: A beautiful silvery-white peacock
Boggart: To bring shame to the Malfoy name and bring disgrace to his father. After all, the Malfoy family motto, "Mourez plutôt que la honte", is French {Where the Malfoys originally came from} for "Rather Die than Shame"
Animagus: None :3
Overall: Lucius is an arrogant, Supercilious twat, basically. Like his father, he does consider himself above Muggle-borns, but it is not to say he will not befriend half-bloods, much unlike even his father. He himself is an incredibly vain person, basically he loves himself, which is represented by his patronus. Many would presume that his patronus would be a snake, after all, he does have a deep rooted love for them, and he is a rather slippery person. He can lie and manipulate with ease, traits all associated with snakes. Yet still, it is certainly a peacock that is cast from his wand, representing only his vanity and regal desires. However, no matter how handsome Lucius may be, which of course he considers himself very, there is a beast that lies beneath the veil of beauty.
Lucius is often associated with Winter, he is cold, harsh, unrelenting and does not seem to care who he steps on so long as he gets his way. However there is a flame inside of him, which burns for his undying loyalty. Though this loyalty does not come easily, and even then, he may be willing to stab you in the back if he feels like he might get somewhere.
Let's Talk About Their Background
Parents: Albraxas Malfoy - Father - Worked for a time at the ministry before retiring young to bask in the Malfoy family riches
Selencia Malfoy - Mother - A very beautiful witch that worked for a wizarding fashion agency. After being seduced by Albraxas, most likely for the purity of her family blood, they married. She left her job soon afterwords, wanting to spend time with the child growing within her. It is not to say there was any love between Selencia and Albraxas, the very idea of love seems to disgust Albraxas, anyway.
Siblings: None
Bloodline: Pure
History: First let us start with Lucius's parents, as they are important in painting the background of Lucius's life. Albraxas was raised under the harsh rule of the green-eyed Ophis Malfoy, who was the one who practically re-built the Malfoy fortunes. It was Ophis who restored the Manor house, Ophis who re-enstated the connections with the Ministry, Ophis who made the Malfoys one of the richest and most influential name in the Wizarding World. It is not to say the Malfoy name was not respected before this, indeed, their blood-purity had earned respect all over, as the Malfoy family tree can be traced as far back as the 6th century AD to Loxian Malfoy.
Albraxas himself grew up to be harsh, looking down on those whose blood was not as pure as his or the muggle-borns with such disgust that it is amazing he wasn't killed for charged for murder. He also looked down on simple fantasies such as love, claiming that love was a weakness. Something that made a man throw away what was truly important, family riches and power, all for an emotion that would burn out with time.
It is not surprising that when his wife Selencia gave birth to baby boy, they never had any other children. It was obvious from the start that Albraxas never loved her and it was all just a game to ensure he had an heir. However, the same is not true of Selencia. She gave up her job and everything she herself loved for him and her child. When Albraxas started to show less and less interest in her, she was left alone for many hours during the day. She had lost her friends, her other family members were dead, she was practically the property of Albraxas. She was a very lonely woman, often seen by the large window in the Study, watching the world go by or burying herself in whatever books she could find.
Albraxas was often to busy in his own study, or out socializing. Lucius rarely saw his father during the day, and was therefor more close to his mother. It was his mother who taught him to love beautiful things, who taught him morals that he would later forget or throw away. It was his mother who taught Lucius to love.
Albraxas, on the other hand, taught Lucius the world of the Dark Arts, taught him to disdain and even loath those who's families where not as great or as pure as their own. Even the green-eyes Ophis had a hand in teaching Lucius, and really, Lucius was probably closer to him than he was his own father.
In his 4th year, Ophis passed away, leaving nothing behind but yet more riches and a gift. The gift was the beautifully crafted Snake headed cane, to be given to his grandson in his 6th year. The Snake headed cane had been passed down through many generations, and Ophis had become particularly attached to it. After all, his name is Greek for snake.
Through his life, Lucius has always been shown respect from both his family and the family friends of which his father had {Which was quite numerous, really}, and thus he has always felt important. His supercilious nature is both a fault of his father and the life of luxury from which he was raised.
Almost done, Roleplay time
What is it?: The starting of a fanfiction/story I probably won't continue xD
Where is it from?: My head
What genre is it? Hmm I'm not sure. :/ I don't know what they're running from or whatever. I just know they're being chased by some horrible force, that if it catches them, they're dead.
Sample A faint line of silver ran across the horizon, light blue coming to meet with the silver and high above, a trillion shades of grey were painted across this endless canvas. A river trickles through the quite valley, the tranquil sound of water rushing over broken stones. Grass weaved and danced through the gentle wind, the breath of gods unseen, whispering to the trees and to the fields. A doe stands by the river, her head raised in anticipation. She watches the skies, breathing in the crisp summer air. She is waiting for the dawn.
It is not long until the first bird begins its beautiful song, its melody carried far across this unbound landscape. Soon after, an echo - A second bird begins to sing. Still the doe watches the skies, the faint line of silver now growing, the greys now fading away to the beautiful turquoise blue. The whole valley is soon consumed by the singing of the birds, until they seem to be the very essence of sound, of life. The grass swaying and the river running seem only to be existing to dance to the epic chorus of the birds.
Far away in the distance, below the silver line, there is an endless stretch of sea. The doe can almost see the catches of morning sunlight on the raging waves.
Great rocks rise from the seas, becoming crumbling ruins on the silhouetted horizon. A Gannet sits upon the a rock, watching with the doe, watching and waiting for the dawn. He can hear the crashing waves, hear the epic rumble of the sea. To him, the world dances to the music of the sea, not of the song-birds. A shadow traces sea-line for a moment, elegantly rising from the water and falling back to grace the waves - A seal, or even perhaps a dolphin.
Everything, in those few moments of perfection, is connected. A tapestry that is so great and so huge, that most fail to notice it.
To the distance, far off to the right, the gannet can see the city lights, a city that never slept.
A twig snaps.
The peace that had been is suddenly broken, the gannet flew into the skies, screeching angly as it did so.
The woman that had disturbed it watched it fly, rubbing sleep from her eyes. The faint light traces her blonde tresses, making it shimmer and glitter in the unseen light. She could have been a goddess, had her face not been torn with sadness and her hair strewn in rugged curls.
[I think I did everything. :3 If I missed something, sorrrryy. xD]
