So, I have been semi-terrible. Though I've posted a couple updates since the site opened back in November, I've not been putting them up on the sidebar like I should have, and I really haven't been as dedicated to you all as I would have liked to have been. That being said, I'm going to make a note to do a better job in the future, as well as highlight important things from the past updates, and let you know where everything stands.

The first, and most obvious order of business - and not just because of the title of this little news bite - is the new skin. Our lovely Lae the Plague put in many hours of work on the skin and graphics, and I thank her profusely. This site has had the same skin since September, when Felix and I first started working on it, and I think the face lift is a good thing. I'm sad to see the old one go, but I love the new one.

The second order of business I would like to touch on is Lae the Plague's initiation into our staff, as well as her recognition in the awards section of the site. As I stated in this news post, she stepped up to be an admin when Felix went MIA - which, now that he's back, he's informed me that he was hacked, and that was why he was missing - as well as when I was dealing with having very little time on my hands due to moving. Seriously, I love Lae to death for stepping up like she did. She's been a major part of the site's backbone for a while, and it's nice to see her as an admin, getting the recognition she deserves. Her spotlight in the awards section is to further put her in the limelight, which I'm sure she's annoyed at me for. XD.

The last order of business I would like to address is the poll (info found here), which I have never put up and hosted. Honestly, with the small group we have here, I'm not sure if we have enough people to effectively run it. I'd love to hear some member feedback on this subject.
