You might have too many soldiers, too high of a population density, or not-so-good trades going on.

Fine overall, just wish I wasn't paying back half of my taxes in bills. 400k out of almost 1m is horrible.

No it doesn't.

Why would Ody want to know how someone who attacked a member of our alliance and joined another alliance only wanting to scam them out of 3 Mil, but was too scared of what would happen if he did so he just stayed put?

Apparently I agreed to a 3 mil/50 tech deal thinking it was war aid, when I just entered a 3 mil/100 tech deal.

Yes, I can. But its still a bit annoying. Most of the first batch of money went to build the country anyway, I just didn't know I was supposed to supply tech with it or I would have saved to get myself back to where I was before.

Whats done is done.

3mil/50tech is still a great deal. You should have a couple million left after it.
