 6th DEC MEET ( CARVERY ) |

AS WE ALL KNOW OUR NEXT MEET IS ON SUNDAY 6th DEC, WE HAVE ARRANGED TO HAVE A CARVERY ( AT POPPYLANDS ) NEAR HORSEY MILL, THERE ARE ALREADY A FEW PIRATES GOING, BUT I HAVE POSTED THIS TO LET EVERYONE KNOW.
IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN TO POPPYLANDS BEFORE IT,S A MUST, IT,S A CONVERTED BARN IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE !! THE FOOD IS OUT OF THIS WORLD, PROPER HOME COOKED/ FRESH ETC, AND £6.95 PER HEAD ( ALL YOU CAN EAT !!!! ) BUT ONE BIG PLATE FULL IS MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR ME.
SO THE PLAN IS TO MEET UP AT THE DINER AT 12.00 AND LEAVE AT 12.30 DRIVE THROUGH HEMSBY, WINTERTON AND THEN ON TO POPPYLANDS TO ARRIVE AROUND 1.00 pm , ANYONE ELSE INTERESTED PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP AS WE MAY HAVE TO BOOK PLACES, CHEERS FOR NOW STEVE AND MIRANDA.
P.S IF ANYONE WANTS TO STAY AT THE DINER IT,S NO PROBLEM, BUT I THINK THEY MAY STILL BE SHUT, ALTHOUGH THERE ARE MANY PLACES TO EAT AND DRINK AROUND THE AREA..............................THE BARRIER WILL BE D ...read more |

AS SOME OF YOU WILL KNOW , WE HAD A VERY LARGE MARQUEE ( 20ft x 30ft ) FOR THE FIREWORK / BONFIRE NIGHT, UNFORTUNATLLY IT BLEW AWAY IN THE WIND AND BENT 8 POLES ( EASILEY REPAIRED )
WE HAVE BEEN OFFERED IT FOR £50, AND WERE WONDERING IF WE COULD GET 10 PEOPLE TO CHIP IN £5 AND THEN IT,S OURS, SO WHAT DOES EVERYONE THINK ????? IT SHOULD COME IN HANDY ONCE IN A WHILE

OOO SCARY, HALLOWEEN IS NEARLY HERE!! im sure you all know about our helloween firework and bonfire party at kevs farm in belton, most of you have already paid your £5s towards the fireworks, there will now be a free buffet instead of bbq because my parents are being over protective of their new gas one! AND I DIDNT WANT TO STAND IN THE COLD COOKING FOR YOU ANYWAY, yorkys kindly providing us with the gazebo so we wont get wet, and i hope your all sorting out your costumes, i have! Anyone else intrested should get those £5s to us on sunday or during the week, then its time up!, and as most of you dont know where kevs farm is, ISNT IT ABOUT TIME YOU ASKED??  |

Hi wednesday night meetings have been going on since the 1st of july but now the kids are off the fireworks start this week! so that meens Gt Yarmouth comes to life.
