I mean like, take one picture (say a car) and place it on another image (like a island). Just all i wanna know is what to cut pictures with.

click and hold on the lasso tool (2nd row, 1st column on the tool bar) and select the polygonal lasso tool

then highlight the outline of the car with it (the polygonal lasso does strait lines, so to follow a curve, click and drag a short line out, then click again but make the line a bit more angled; repeat until u get a curve)

or u could try the magnetic lasso, which automatically follows the outline, but it doesnt always work
