    It's pretty simple, but maybe that's just because I'm one of the people who knows exactly how the board works. xD

    Basically, we don't ask for you to have any minimum number of words in your application - we want you to write as much as you feel like writing. This isn't a board set around a TV show or a book so there are no canons. So who cares how much detail you go into? At the start of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone you don't have a long list saying "Name: Harry Potter. Likes, dislikes, fears, personality, history" because it's not needed. Real writers develop their characters, and that's what we encourage you to do. Have them develop and adapt.

    So before you do anything else, you gonna do your application. See, how hard does that look? Not very. Just some basic info at first, and then carry onto step 3!

    You know how much we want minimum for your personality and history? A sentence. "Say what? Tell the truth or I'll put a cap in yo' ass!" No, it's true, we don't ask for any minimums. It's your character. Who knows them better than you do? Well, no one, because it's your character and no one else can tell you what to do.

    So you've done your app? Awesome. Now you gotta post it. But where? In the sub-forum! Which sub-forum? Well that depends on your character's genitals.

  5. C L A I M I N G
    So now you're done! Almost. Well, you're automatically accepted to the board. Thing is, we don't look over the apps. Your character - your responsibility. We don't wanna make you do things you don't wanna do. So if that's how you want everyone to know your character, that's fine by us. The next step is your face claim. Just post in that thread and THEN you're done. For real this time.
