Wayfarers Tavern and Inn

How many people remember this place from back in 2003-2004? It was the most active place in the Imaginarium with the most members any time of day and was one of the best dreams of it's time. There were fights nearly around the clock, it was an open continuity so anyone could swing in - be it a skeletal necromancer or behemoth with a miniature cannon strapped to it's arm - and yet it still managed to maintain standards in battle and in general due to actively being self-moderated by the players.

The folks I can remember as standing out are Nasharia, because she was a raccoon and one of the more prominent members, as I recall. Kinetic Sage was the earlier mentioned skeletal necromancer and leader of the Evil Line-Up Crew, a bunch of folks who stood at one end of the tavern in a row and oversaw everything. Ruby Stars.. I believe, tried to hump anything with a pulse on her 500 characters, and I never heard word of her again after a friend of hers mentioned she was in the hospital for something or another. Deathdog's five billion insane characters, neither I can remember clearly because there were just so many. I'm curious as to what happened to a few of my RP-buddies, too - one named Erhi or Erhe, or something, a wicca feline.

I doubt anyone remembers my second-most prominent character (and the only one I will admit to) there, Thrive, the wallflower of a Cleric who sat around until an Ubrdrk character tried killing a weak one and use the magic system's shield and teleport rules to break it up annoyingly. :3

What happened to everyone? I can't believe no one ever tried rounding up all the old people and creating a new dream for them in all this time, though a friend of mine had said he has the dream itself and the patches, but is trying to get the DS done on it to start loading it.

Word through the grapevine is the Rah deleted the forums that had been made for her and the dream itself, then quit Furcadia in a fit of rage after some dream members had annoyed her. Can anyone shine some light on this?

You can mention Nasharia, but not Fatalia. Kine's most trustworthy of followers.

Nash did make quite an impression on alot of the furres of the old Wayfarers. Every time I have Fatalia on, people question Nasharia more than her.

Anyway.... I tried creating other dreams, several times to bring the old "crew" back together and re-create the fun that was Warfarers... but it would never work out. Then the rest of Imag went dead.

I haven RPed in over a year, and don't have an interest to. Everyone with their over the top descriptions and four paragraphs to pick their nose. (Although Nash did do that a few times in Wayfarers.)

So many memories there..... and too tired right now to post very much of them. Perhaps another time.
