The Story
The story of Dragonball Legends goes like this. In a world far from our own was a planet named Vegta. On this planet live a race of saiyan people who had been enslaved by the evil freiza. He used the saiyans great power and abused it making them do unspeakable acts to other races around the universe. The saiyans were his own personal army. Fueled by his hate and power the saiyans had no choice but to follow his command. Until one day a brave warrior saiyan who went by the name of bardock Turned against Freinza and the saiyans faught but lost. Freiza destroyed the planet. Only a few saiyans survived spreading across the universe. One of these that survived the attack was a child named Goku. His ship travelled through space and landed on earth. The years went by and Goku faced many hardships. Fighting enemys on earth and winning tournements. It was very obvious that he was different to many others on earth. And so the years went by and Goku and his freinds and family faced more enemys and managed to defeat them all. Now its the year 2007 and the tale of Goku and his freinds is but a feint memory. The earth has not been under threat for many years and the fighters of the old age had now rested and blended into day to day life.
Until one day. In celebration of 30 years of peace on earth a tournement would be held to comemorate the battlers of old. The world tournement! Fighters from all around the universe would come together once again and battle it out. But then on earth its never so simple. In the darkness an untold beating power is starting to emerge. A Hero is born to face the evil that beats in the darkness.
