As stated before, the RP grades thing is a pain, but I think it's fair; especially if the new guys and the weaker half are exempt from it. Should help close the power gaps that appear =)
As for Ki, I'm wondering why you'd want to change it. Phys/Weapon attacks slowly drain your max AP, yes, but Ki users have to recharge themselves constantly. At current it's 7-10AP (dependant on traits) to go from 0% to 100%. This is quite a heavy cost (both at low AP and high AP combat) and I personally feel it counterbalances the physical/weapon fighter's drain quite nicely.
As for making it a limited pool, I'm not sure what you mean by that. If it's a limited "X% / X uses on all ki moves" then wouldn't that throw the balance out the window? I mean Ki users would rapidly run out of spells, but physical fighters would be able to keep going till they ran out of max AP, and with robotic parts that would take a looooong time. Personally I reckon Ki should remain as it is, the tournament didn't show a skewed balance in it's favour (as far as I know since all 4 in the finals were phys/weapon fighters) and as such, why fix what isn't broken?
Not sure what nerfs are being made to the races outside of Bio-Android/Homonculus Regen, but if it tries to address some of the more sick and wrong racials then it could be interesting to see what gets changed/what gets the abuse potential lowered (Here's looking at you relentless).
Love the other changes though, it's nice to have clarification for hybrids on what they qualify for, and PL/AP based heals are pretty insane so I'm glad they're getting sorted out. There's my feedback for ya, hope it helps a bit =)
