The Big Move

It has been decided that the Doom Armory will be completely relocating to the DRD Team server. The index page has already relocated (thanks to Grubber's impeccable PHP support, I even have a recoded index with a news script), but I plan to move the forum over to DRD Team's PHPbb system.

I'm well aware of the flaws that PHPbb has. Grubber is as well, and being the administrator, he has taken every precaution to make sure that these are not exploited.

We will be sharing forum space with the DRD Team forum. So I am no longer the sole source of Justice and Authority. I will be working alongside fellow DRD members Nmn, Ellmo, Grubber, Lexus, and Risen (I'm not sure how many of them will actually be given admin rights).

I will be leaving the old Invisionfree forum open for some time while all the content is brought over to the new server (tutorials and resources will be brought over - unfortunately, threads and profiles will not).

So relax everybody while I work this out. It'll be a while before the actual move happens, so we'll stick with the Invisionfree forum for a while longer. Enjoy it while it lasts.

I personally like the move. The only downside is having to relocate the resource pool, but that probably won't be too hard. :P

I'm also pro for the move. Box43.net is not really a good webhost, they were always down randomly, very limited space, etc.
