Location is up to you. She probably got her vaccination, though- so she might be stationed in Vegas. However, she knew Solomon Sharpe, but it’d be up to you if they were close enough for her to stay in Elko without getting the shot (in that case you’d have to explain why she never came back to give Charlie his vaccination) or if she just came back to the city after leaving Vegas.

The suggested playby is Maria Bello- she’s blonde and nearly the right age. Another suggestion would be Mariska Hargitay, just because she’s beautiful and awesome and also the right age. Heh. Uma Thurman would be another choice, but she’s not quite old enough. If you have any other suggestions, let me know!

He can be in any group- I can see him fitting in with anyone, although he most likely isn't a refugee. Location-wise, this guy could be anywhere. He could have gotten the shot, but I dunno if he was important enough to be deemed "worthy." I guess that's up to you. c:
