All right, this is the application that EVERYONE must fill out before their character can be accepted.

Chosen Child Application
Name: Your character MUST have a name. It's preferred that they have both a first and last name, but exceptions can be made to omit one of them.
Nicknames: Only fill this out if your character has a nickname. Otherwise, put N/A.
Sex: Two choices - male or female?
Ethnicity: Is your character Italian? Japanese? 1/2 English and 1/2 Hispanic?
Age: Your character's age. Character's can be between the ages of 8-18.
Alliance: There are three choices: good, neutral, or evil.
D-Mote Color: Choose either one or two colors for your D-Mote.
Money: Everyone starts off with 1,000 Digi Dollars

Appearance: what does your character look like? Please try to include things such as hair color, skin color/tone, eye color, body type, height, weight, etc. This section should at least be five sentences long.
Personality: how does your character act? Are they nice or mean? What do they like to do in their spare time? Please make this section no less than five sentences long.

History: What has happened to your character since their birth? Have they lived a normal life, or was their life full of hardships? This section should be a minimum of two paragraphs.

Digimon Partner Application
Name: the species of your Digimon. (I.E. Palmon)
Nicknames: Only fill this out if your Digimon has a nickname. Otherwise, put N/A.
Sex: Two choices - male or female?
Attribute: Is your Digimon a virus, data, or vaccine type Digimon?
Type: What type is your Digimon? A Plant Digimon? A Beast Man Digimon?
Alliance: There are three choices: good, neutral, or evil. (Does not have to be the same as their partner.)
Evolution Line: Your Digimon's line of evolution. Example: Yuramon - Tanemon - Palmon - Togemon - Lilymon - Rosemon
EXP: Every Digimon starts off with zero (0)

Personality: how does your Digimon act? Are they nice or mean? What do they like to do in their spare time? Please make this section no less than five sentences long.

Burst Mode Description / Picture: Since there are only a few Digimon who actually have a real Burst Mode, you'll have to either alter a picture of your Digimon's Ultimate / Mega level, or provide a description. Refer to the bottom of this page for more help on the matter.

History: What's happened in your Digimon's past? Since most of the Digimon will be very young, this section only needs to be five sentences long.

RPG Sample: this is easy to explain - simply write at least two paragraphs showing me your writing ability. If you can't think of what to write, I suggest writing about your character's first meeting with their Digimon. If you already have a character on the board and are making a second character, then you can omit this section.

Extra: If you would like to include a picture of your character, then by all means do so!
