American DATS HQ
One thing to note immediately is the fact that DATS is both the stricktest and slackest in this country. Here they will allow civilians to keep digimon as long as those digimon never evolve above child level and the civilian reports in regularly. Beyond this exception, the American DATS team is highly trained, and very combat oriented and do not allow anybody else the possession of digimon. They are very paranoied about watching their borders (both physical and digital) though this seems to do little to slow the coming and going of rogue tamers. The headquarters is located in the Arizona Desert, Restricted Area 51.
