The Rules Of Playing DevilRO

1. Respect other players and GMs (Game Masters)

Behind the graphics in Ragnarok, there are living and breathing persons.
They're like you and they have feelings. So respect them and talk to them as you want others to talk to you. Don't cuss or swear publicly or at other people. A lot of players are young children. So be friendly as you would like to be treated, and do not lie to the GM's. If you lie to a GM and we find out, you won't play here ever again. If you accuse a GM of cheating on thier legits, this is GM disrespect. If you believe a GM might have cheated and have a good reason to report them, contact Euph directly, do not spread rumours about them!!! You will ruin his reputation!!!

2. Do NOT beg for item or zeny

Please do not beg other players for money and items. Even if you are a novice, everyone started as one and they all got through it. You will earn money and find items if you keep hunting for items and sell them. So just be patient. And remind to NEVER beg a GM for anything like items or money.

3. Do NOT scam or cheat other players

Scamming is intolerable. Do not offer overcharge/discount and run away with somebody's money. Do not trick people by selling them a "slotted" item that really isn't. You get the idea, any kind of scamming is intolerable. And do NOT try to get other players to give you their password.

4. Do NOT spam (SKILL OR WORD)

Don't spam sentences repeatedly. Also don't spam skills (any skills) in towns. It tends to get annoying and we don't want that.

5. NO harrasment

Do not harrassing other players or GM's. This includes Sexual Comments, Abusive Behaviour, Inappropriate Language, Spiteful/Vengeful Conduct.

6. NO Vulgarities are allowed .

Do not use any vulgarities to insult player or GMs

7. DO NOT ADVERTISE OTHER SERVERS.

Most (if not all) of the players on DevilzRO enjoy it and don't care for other servers. DevilzRO worked hard to get the amount of people it has, and trying to take them away is just asking for trouble. We can find your IP and report it to your internet provider for that, which will get you in trouble with them. This goes as well for our players. Do not advertise DevilzRO on other servers.

8. Do NOT deal others in battle

Don't make unrequested deals to players during battle. To avoid this type /notrade in your chat window

9. Do NOT kill steal (KS)

Kill stealing is attacking a monster another has already begun to attack. This goes as well for aggressive monsters that have targetted someone. As you dont want to get KS'ed, don't do it to someone else. You can ask to help them if you think they're in trouble, but do NOT just hit the monster or you may be punished. MvP monsters are an exception, because they are FFA (Free-For-All). If you KS on accident say sorry to the player and they will probably forget about it.

10. Do NOT loot

Looting is taking an item from a monster that you did not kill. You don't want others to steal your hard earned items, so do NOT do it to someone else. Even if it's something rare. It is NOT your item. If you accidently take it, give it back to whom it belongs. To avoid any looting from others we remind using the @autoloot command.

11. Do NOT hack

This includes doing stuff like duplicating items or zeny, or exploiting bugs in the game. If you find a bug, report it on the forums. Do NOT abuse the bug or you may be punished.

12. DO NOT ask for being GMs

We already have 3 GM's and 1 Sub GM.

13. DO NOT test GMs

We will given 3 warning or jail them for those who break rules. So please follow the rules .

14. Use proper grammar and punctuation

We want to understand what you write. if english isn't your first language, TRY your best. If you use an internet translator please post the original language as well.
