Hi everyone,
Here is the confirmed list for our Access shuttle on Sunday the 23rd from Deer Park to SD airport, leaving the Registration Hall promptly at 1:30. We should arrive by 2:30-3ish at the airport. Please let me know if your plans change -- otherwise I'll see you on the van (and before!). If I have missed anyone, let me know. There's space now for one more person. I am reserving a shuttle with eight places for 1:30 on Wednesday, from the San Diego airport. I have a tentative list of five passengers. Does anyone else need a ride? I know that Frances and some others don't get in until later, this time won't work for them.

Here the finalized lists for the shuttles from/to the airport: Shuttle To Deer Park When: 1:30 pm Where: Terminal 1 (as per Access request); I suggest we meet at the Airport Ambassador/Travelers Aid location (please go to http://tinyurl.com/3blkzl to see map of Terminal 1 and check for the question mark (?) symbol). Access asked me to give them a quick call after everybody arrived, and they will come to pick us up in front of Terminal 1 within 5 minutes. Here is the updated and final list for our 10-seater shuttle, leaving Deer Park at 1:30 on Sunday 9/23 from in front of Solidity Hamlet Registration Office via Access Shuttle, reservation # 105, with $98 fare to be divided among us. If your plans change, please let me know, as others may need a ride. You can post a notice on the transportation message board or whatever seems similar at Deer Park, or call me- my cell is 916-212-4612, as I'll check for messages too. Could you share with me your last name if I don't have it or guessed incorrectly? It may come in handy in case we need to communicate, as I've heard that hundreds of people will be there. We have space for 2 more people on our shuttle. Meet at Terminal 1 baggage claim by 1:30...or call me on my cell (206-972-5920) around that time.
I'll be at Alaska flight #550 (arriving 12:38) baggage claim..I'm about 5'8", meduim length red-brown hair, blue backpack and large duffle bag! Lynn |
