Board Rules
Forum Rules
1. RESPECT. You must respect all staff and other members. This also means that you have no right to truly argue with them. If you have a problem, take it up in the PM system by messaging me.
2. BE APPROPRIATE. Please do not put any offensive material on this site, whether it be written or in images, such as in your signature or avatar. This includes discrimination of any kind, sexual content, etc.
3. NO EXCESSIVE CURSING. Bad language should be kept to a minimum on this forum! I know they're pirates, but there is a point of overdoing it.
4. NO SPAMMING. That's a must on every site, no getting off-topic in the role-playing forums. There are plenty of other space on the forum for chatting. This includes excessively advertising for another site.
5. FOLLOW I.F. RULES. Keep to the rules of InvisionFree boards (TOS link at the bottom of the page). Abuses will be reported straight to them.
6. NO PM ADVERTISING. There is a place to put your advertisements on this board. Please do not advertise by the PM system.
7. KEEP IT LITERATE. I know it's annoying to hear admins constantly gripe about spelling and grammar, but please make an effort! Capitalize the beginning letter of your sentences and none other, besides names, and please put periods. No running words together, and all that lot!
8. RP. Please roleplay in third person, past tense. This is the only kind of roleplay that is allowed.
-------
Also, when registering, please use the name of your character!
Anyone who does not follow these rules, will receive a warning right away. Any excessive problems will cause you to be banned from the forum.
Role-playing Rules
1. You may as many characters as you are willing to keep up with. Your character's name should be your user-name. Therefore, you should make another user-name for a different character.
2. If you have more than one character, then your characters may not role-play with each other. (Unless approved by an admin)
3. Anything you need to say that does not go with the role-playing, you should put in parentheses, along with OOC: (out of character)
4. No god-modding. You cannot kill another character. If you are fighting with a person, they have to decide if you attack gets them or not. On the other hand, your character isn't always perfect. They shouldn't be able to do everything exactly right all the time. Only some god-modding is allowed, but only when necessary. (We'll be watching )
5. Keep in the times. "A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away..." They do not have televisions and mp3 players. Use common sense! Keep with the weapons, vehicles, entertainment, and such of the Star Wars galaxy.
6. Keep to the maturity rating of the movies. I know how RP relationships get, but hey, Star Wars never actually really shows anything past kissing on screen. Therefore, nothing past what you would see in the movie should be seen on the actual forum, where others can see it.
7. New rules: If you have already had a previous Force-sensitive character on this forum, training may be surpassed for that character, but only as far as your previous character(s). If your character was a fallen Jedi under this rule, then he/she will need to take Dark Side training as well, though it will be shorter.
Concerning Jedi
1. The Jedi Order has just started, meaning there are no other Jedi now!! You are only Force sensitive, so you have no knowledge of, or how to use, the Force. You must be trained to become a Jedi. NOTE: If you have already had a previous Force-sensitive character on this forum, training may be surpassed for that character, but only as far as your previous character(s).
2. If you wish to become a Jedi, you must go to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. You need to wait at "The Entrance" and be admitted into the Temple. Currently, there are only few Jedi-Masters... The lead of the Jedi Order is Saphira. NOTE: During the war against the Mandalorians currently, the Jedi are not on Coruscant. They are all at the Jedi Base on Ilum, so head there for training.
Concerning Sith
1. Not according to our previous rule of only two Sith, we have changed it to allow as many Sith as those who wish to join.
2. You must present yourself at the Sith Temple on one of the Sith planets. It, of course, is headed by Jack, son of Black Mornie.
Concerning Dark Jedi
1. This is for you other Dark-Siders. If you don't want to be a Sith, or if you have a fallen Jedi, this is where you belong. The same Note applies here as on the previous stated Jedi one about having an earlier trained character, even of another faction. Note: If your character was a fallen Jedi under this rule, then he/she will need to take Dark Side training as well, though it will be shorter.
2. The Dark Jedi is headed by the character Jaina. She is the head, you answer to her. Since other orders outside of the Jedi don't have rules, then she can take who she wants, when she wants!! Find the Dark Jedi on the planet Hoth, where they are all currently located. May soon be moved to Vjun.
