Deep in the waters smack-dab in the middle of the South Pacific Ocean, miles from California or Europe, is an island roughly 500 feet long and 200 feet wide. It's a solid limestone rock that in shape looks rather like a tree that's been cut off. It's shores are high cliffs that drop off into spiked shorelines and rocky waters that are impossible to safely jump from. It's land, however, is a flat plateau of grassy, muddy, rocky flats, save for one lone little hill that overlooks the entire island from the Northernmost point. Sounds like a lovely little place for a home, right?

Well, the US government had a similar opinion - except, they didn't build a house - they built a maximum security Juvenile Detention Center run by the US Correctional Department. Its a place of the most dangerous, violent, and forensic (Psychologically unstable or Criminally insane) people under the age of 25, where the only hope of escape, is death.

The project, named "Alcatraz Reborn", was begun when a 16 year old male inherited the friendship of an army sniper, and had learned the ropes. The two had set out on a large building in Chicago, Illinois, and sniped down over 3,000 people - men, women, and children alike, of all ages, and races. The teen was never found, but his mentor had been murdered by the boy. Slowly, more and more teenage criminals who'd "fallen through the cracks" of the US legal system began popping up, In a desperate effort to calm the panicked people of the USA, the government launched a plan to control and lock away the nations most dangerous and insane youths - for good.

Thus born "Alcatraz Reborn", the USA's second island-based Jail. Those under 25 deemed a danger to themselves or others are shipped here - and sometimes, even those who'd only shoplifted a candy bar with a diagnosis of severe ADHD are sent here - but the public doesn't know that. They think the children and youths at this Jail are highly dangerous - but are they? Some think the detention officers are the dangerous ones...

There's no hope for escape; a small mercy if you're sent here, is maybe someone dangerous will kill you after the correctional staff lock you up, and toss away the key...
