As some of you remember I ran a fed using a game called LOW several years ago. Well, I stopped posting it here but it lived on for awhile. Recently, I rebooted the whole promotion and decided to try the restart here. There have been 3 or 4 sets since the last time you guys saw this so there are tons of guys that you never saw before.

I'm going to post the television as internet style recaps. The initial tournaments are just going to be quick results because of there being so many matches. I'm going to run it in real time. So enjoy. The titles that I plan to use are the following:

NWA World Heavyweight Title
NWA World Tag Team Title
NWA World Junior Heavyweight Title
NWA United States Title
NWA United States Tag Team Title
NWA Television Title
NWA Hardcore Title

NWA Worldwide #1: 08/08/09

from Orlando, FL

Hosts are Jim Ross and Jim Cornette

NWA World Heavyweight Champion Johnny Valentine starts off the show. He talks about how he's a pioneer in the world of wrestling. He's the first ever undisputed world champion. He plans to be a fighting champion. And to prove it he'll be defending the NWA World Heavyweight Championship against "Playboy" Buddy Rose on tonight's episode of World Championship Wrestling. So tune into the Superstation WTBS and watch him do what he does best.

Love Brothers d. Jim and Mac Jeffers when Reginald pinned Mac after the DOUBLE SLAM.
The Love Brothers looked good as they made fairly short work of the Jeffers. They made a lot of quick tags and just viciously beat down both men in their corner. They hit the Double Slam and Reginald secured the win. Ross and Cornette were really hyping the Love Brothers up as being top contenders for the Hennigs and the tag team titles.

Diamond Dallas Page is backstage with Bob Caudle. DDP says that he wants the Mountie in the ring. He won't fall prey to that stun gun again. The Mountie will feel the BANG!

Bob Roop pinned Tony Charles with the SHOULDER BREAKER.
Roop just systematically wore Charles down for the duration of the match. He worked the arm and then finished it off with his patented Shoulder Breaker. Roop continues looking good in the NWA.

Highlights of Antonio Inoki's press conference plays. Through a translator Inoki says that he was proud of how far he got in the NWA World Heavyweight Championship Tournament. Inoki also points out that he feels he deserves a title shot due to the fact that he made it to the final of that tournament. He challenges Valentine to face him one more time for the championship.

Fritz Von Goering pinned Randy Barber with the BACKBREAKER
Von Goering made really short work of Barber. He pounded on Barber and then hit a big backbreaker to score the pinfall victory.

ECW members are having a meeting backstage. The Sandman decides that ECW needs championships to secure a larger power base in the NWA. He lays some blame on Rob Van Dam's DQ loss to the Masked Superstar for them not having a championship to start with. RVD stands up and tells the Sandman that he's the franchise player for ECW. And if he ever wants the World Heavyweight Title in ECW then he needs to start treating RVD right.

Billy Lyons and Dewey Robertson d. Mike Jackson and Rocky King when Robertson makes King submit to the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK
Lyons hits a big atomic drop on King and then tags Robertson in. Robertson slaps on the Figure Four and secures the win. Decent tag bout for Worldwide.

"Sweet" Stan Lane and Jim Cornette are backstage with Bob Caudle for an interview. Cornette talks about how the Midnight Express and the Heavenly Bodies are going to dominate the tag team ranks in the NWA. But what people don't realize is that Stan Lane is also going to dominate the junior heavyweight division. Stan Lane is the perfect athlete and he's going to show the world that he can succeed in tag team and singles competition.

Giant Baba pinned Joshua Stroud with a Russian Legsweep
Baba kept a fairly methodical pace to the match. He nailed Stroud with the Baba Chop, a back suplex and a piledriver during the course of the match. A Russian Legsweep put the big man Stroud away.

One Man Gang and Sir. Oliver Humperdink come down to the ring. Humperdink challenges Giant Baba to a battle of the big man with one of his monsters in the House of Humperdink. One Man Gang taunts Giant Baba as Humperdink talks. Baba turns to leave and the One Man Gang grabs him by the arm. Baba reacts by giving OMG the Baba Chop.

Diamond Dallas Page pins Lazertron with the DIAMOND CUTTER
DDP hits a spinning neckbreaker and then catches Lazertron with the Diamond Cutter to end a really quick match.

Next week Red Bastien, the Love Brothers, Tiger Mask, Iron Sheik, One Man Gang and the New Age Outlaws will all be in action.

World Championship Wrestling #1: 08/08/09

airing on WTBS

from Atlanta, GA

Hosts are Tony Schiavone and David Crockett

The Beautiful People come out for an interview. "Playboy" Buddy Rose says that Johnny Valentine is in for a very short reign as the champion. He knows the secret to defeating him. Just watch. There's going to be a new NWA World Heavyweight Champion tonight.

1. Ted Dibiase submits Gorgeous George with the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK
Pretty good back and forth action to start this week off. Dibiase kept George off balance with a powerslam and a fistdrop. George got the better of Dibiase on the outside and even managed to hit an airplane spin. Dibiase regained control after nailing George with the Loaded Glove. Dibiase and George battled over the Figure Four Leglock. Dibiase finally managed to lock it on in the middle of the ring to secure the submission victory. Very solid opener this week. **1/2

The Mountie is backstage with Bob Caudle. He laughs off DDP's challenges from Worldwide. He calls DDP an amateur and a loser. He's not going to wrestle him anymore. DDP is beneath him.

2. The Sheik submits Konnan with the CAMEL CLUTCH
Konnan dominated this match. He hit a powerbomb and clotheslined the Sheik out of the ring. The Sheik slammed Konnan into the ringpost and then slapped on the Camel Clutch to get the win. Pretty poor match. 1/2*

The Sheik stalks around the ring waiting for Konnan to recover. The Sheik is getting a fireball ready for when Konnan stumbles into position. Just as the Sheik is ready to strike, Buff Bagwell hits the ring for the save. Bagwell hits the Sheik with some right hands and then comes off the ropes and hits a swinging neckbreaker. The Sheik bails to the outside of the ring.

3. Midnight Express d. Hacksaw Jim Duggan and Koko B. Ware when Condrey pins Ware after the ROCKET LAUNCHER
This was a really quick match. Eaton hit the Divorce Court and then tagged Condrey in. Condrey hit the Face First Slam and then Eaton tossed Condrey into the Rocket Launcher to get the Midnight Express the win. Decent for what it was. *1/4

Jim Cornette grabs the mic. He wants the Hennigs to know that they haven't heard the last of the Midnight Express. They will be challenging the NWA World Tag Team Championship in the near future.

4. Rob Van Dam pinned Brutus Beefcake with the FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH
RVD was really pushing the rules to the limit during this match. It looked like the ref was considering disqualifying him more than once. RVD hit the Van Daminator, followed by a standing moonsault and then he finished off Beefcake with the Five Star Frog Splash. Not much of a match here. It seemed to be mostly about showcasing RVD's unique wrestling style. Schiavone and Crockett both seem to think that RVD is right in the mix for the World Title. 3/4*

Bobby Heenan is out with NWA World Tag Team Champions the Hennigs. Heenan wants the fans to know that they're getting a look at tag team perfection. Larry "the Axe" Hennig is the power and brute force of the team and Curt Hennig is the speed and technical perfection of the group. They outlasted 31 other teams to win the titles. No one in the NWA has the teamwork or the pure balance of the Hennigs. He dares any tag team in the NWA to beat his tag team champions.

5. the Valiants d. the Ortons when Johnny pins Jr. after the Top Rope Elbow
This was some good old school tag team action. Bob Orton Sr. seemed to get the best of Jimmy in the early goings of the bout. Johnny and Jr. tagged in. Johnny caught Jr. with a big scoop bodyslam and then after the Top Rope Elbow it was all over. **

Ivan Koloff and Nikolai Volkoff are out for an interview. Koloff says that he and his comrade Nikolai would love to take up the Hennigs on their dare for challengers. Koloff says they're superior Russian athletes and that they're going to capture the greatest tag team prize in the sport of wrestling.

Main Event:
NWA World Heavyweight Title Match:
Johnny Valentine © pinned "Playboy" Buddy Rose with the Atomic Skullcrusher

Now, this was a great match. Valentine and Rose brawled on the outside and the crowd held their breath as Rose hit the Bombs Away and almost got the three count. Rose kept Valentine off balance for a good portion of the match and even hit the Bombs Away a few more times. Valentine managed to elude the three count to the frustration of Rose and his manager Sherri Martel. Gorgeous George got involved towards the end but got elbowed off the apron by Valentine. Rose used the chance to roll Valentine up for another very close count. It looked like Valentine was going to have a short lived reign when Rose missed a corner charge. Valentine pounded on Rose and then finished him off with two straight Atomic Skullcrushers. Valentine retains the championship in a great match. ***3/4

Gorgeous George and Buddy Rose double team Johnny Valentine as soon as the bell rings. They hit a double suplex on him. Gorgeous George applies the Spinning Toe Hold as Buddy Rose climbs to the top rope. Suddenly Antonio Inoki is in the ring. He pushes Buddy Rose off the top rope. Inoki goes after George. George catches a foot but gets nailed with the Enzugiri. Rose tries to climb back into the ring but Inoki scares him off with a kick at the ropes. George and Rose stalk around the ring as Inoki checks on Valentine.

Next week:

Ivan Koloff and Nikolai Volkoff vs. George South and Johnny Rodz
the Sheik vs. Buff Bagwell
Killer Bees vs. the Dream Team
Frank Gotch vs. Youssuf Ishmaelo
Road Warriors vs. the Mongols

Main Event:
Nick Bockwinkel vs. Don Leo Jonathan

You're doing The Sheik vs. Buff Bagwell on your next show?

That has the potential to be your first negative star match.

Also, isn't Frank Gotch like 90 years old? What's he doing in the same promotion as Diamond Dallas Page and Rob Van Dam?

NWA Main Event #1: 08/09/09

taped from Orlando, FL

Hosts are Bob Caudle and Jim Cornette

1. Larry Sharpe pinned Terry Gibbs with the PILEDRIVER
Sharpe hit a knee drop early and tried to pin Gibbs with the help of the ropes. Luckily the referee caught him in the act. Sharpe hit his patented piledriver to put his opponent away.

S.D. Jones is backstage with interviewer Lee Marshall. Jones says that he's going to take the NWA by storm. He'll take on anyone that wants to step into the squared circle. He mentions several names. Jones mentioned the Heenan Family and the Beautiful People as groups he's very interested in taking on.

2. Ilio Dipaolo pinned Snake Brown with the AIRPLANE SPIN
Dipaolo kept this on the mat for most of the match. He wore Brown down with a leg scissors and a few other moves. Dipaolo finally lifted Brown off the mat and hit his Airplane Spin to finish him off.

Lee Marshall is backstage. He's talking about the NWA show in Toledo, OH. It's going to feature tons of stars from the NWA. One of the big matches will be Jushin "Thunder" Liger vs. "Sweet Stan Lane. The winner is sure to be in line for one of the first shots at NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion Danny Hodge. Joining him now are Jim Cornette and Stan Lane. Cornette goes off about the match and says that Jushin Liger doesn't stand a chance against Lane. Lane interjects and says that he's going to put Liger down with the Super Kick.

3. Killer Bees d. George South and Johnny Rodz when Blair submits South with a Boston Crab
This match was crazy to start as all four men were running around the ring. Blair managed to lock South in a Boston Crab and earned the win for his team.

The Killer Bees stop by with Lee Marshall backstage after their match. Blair says that he feels that the Killer Bees are being overlooked by the NWA Championship Committee right now. He believes that they are the top team in the NWA and should get some serious consideration for the first title shot against the Hennigs. Brunzell agrees and adds in that they've got a big match with the Dream Team on next week's episode of World Championship Wrestling. Valentine and Beefcake are tough opponents. A win here will prove how good of a team they are.

4. One Man Gang pinned Jake Milleman with the 747 SPLASH
OMG just tore Milleman apart here. He hit a face first suplex and just pounded away with forearms and some big right hands. He finally hit the big splash and got the 1...2...3.

One Man Gang and Sir. Oliver Humperdink stop by with Lee Marshall after their match. OMG accuses Giant Baba of a cheap shot on the last episode of Worldwide. He also says that Baba hasn't responded to his challenge so he must be ducking the OMG. Humperdink thinks that Baba needs to prove that he doesn't fear the House of Humperdink.

5. Greg Valentine pinned Brady Boone with a running clothesline
Valentine caught Boone with the running clothesline as soon as the bell rang and got an immediate pinfall.

Greg Valentine grabs the house mic. He tells the Killer Bees that they shouldn't get too confident. The Dream Team of course have had more tag team success than they ever did. Just because the fans like them doesn't make them superior. The Dream Team will get a shot at the Hennigs well before the Killer Bees ever do.

Next week: Yukon Eric, Steve Corino, Ox Baker, Koko B. Ware and Ray Stevens will all be in action.

Jushin Lyger vs. Stan Lane huh?

That should be an awesome match.

Also, The Killer Bees should win against The Dream Team next week with their old mask gimmick, from back in their UWF days. Whaddya think?

The Killer Bees will probably win. Stat wise their cards are better than the Dream Team's card. Valentine is solid but Beefcake isn't a very good in singles or tag. The Dream Team could pull off an upset though.

NWA Worldwide #2: 08/15/09

taped from Orlando, FL

Hosts are Jim Ross and Jim Cornette

NWA World Heavyweight Champion Johnny Valentine is backstage with Bob Caudle to start the show. He praises "Playboy" Buddy Rose for coming to fight last week on World Championship Wrestling. He really respects Rose for fighting hard. He doesn't respect the beatdown that he suffered at the hands of George and Rose after the match. The Beautiful People haven't heard the last of Johnny Valentine. He also mentions that Antonio Inoki will get his rematch.

1. Red Bastien pins Stoney Burke with the ATOMIC DROP
Bastien gets a quick start in this match and quickly hits the Atomic Drop to get the win.

Buff Bagwell is backstage with Bob Caudle. Bagwell says that he's going to get payback for Konnan. He's going to pin the Sheik with the Buff Blockbuster later today.

2. Love Brothers d. Rocky King and Ron Bossi when Reginald pins King with the ATOMIC DROP
Really similar to last week's match. The Love Brothers kept King in their corner and just beat him down with punches and kicks. A lot of quick tags here as the Love Brothers continue to look great. Ross really put them over as being top contenders for the tag team titles.

Bobby Heenan and NWA World Tag Team Champions the Hennigs are backstage. Curt can't believe all the challenges they've received from tag teams in the NWA. The Russians, Killer Bees, the Dream Team, Road Warriors... heck even Nick Bockwinkel and Ray Stevens wanted a piece of them. Heenan pipes in and says Heenan Family members don't fight each other. Larry says that it's a tough decision on who they're going to fight first. He and his son are going to take their time in deciding who should get the first shot at these belts.

3. Tiger Mask pinned Mike Jackson with the TIGER SUPLEX
Tiger Mask really wowed the crowd with his speed and agility. He hit Jackson with a big kick and then followed it up with a piledriver. Mask hit his patented Tiger Suplex to get the win. Ross talks about Mask working towards getting a rematch with Danny Hodge and the NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship.

Giant Baba through a translator says that he'll gladly take on the One Man Gang.

4. Iron Sheik submits Ken Lightfoot with the CAMEL CLUTCH
Sheik just took his time here and dismantled his opponent. He bloodied Lightfoot towards the end with a shot from his loaded boot. Ross really freaks out about this and how the referees and Jim Crockett should step in and remove the Iron Sheik's boots from these matches. Sheik slaps on the Camel Clutch and a bloody Lightfoot quickly taps. Ross was really freaking out about the Iron Sheik during the entire match.

The Iron Sheik grabs the house mic. He has some crew members bring him two clubs. He tells the audience that these are Persian Clubs. And that the Iron Sheik holds the world record for swinging them the most times. He offers a reward of $5000 to anyone would can swing the clubs more times than he can.

5. One Man Gang d. Snake Brown w/ the 747 Splash
OMG made short work of his opponent and crushed him with the 747 Splash.

New Age Outlaws are out. Road Dogg is upset because he didn't hear the Hennigs mention the Outlaws earlier in the show. He's throwing their names into the hat for that first title shot.

6. New Age Outlaws d. Paul Garner and Doug Vines when Gunn pins Garner with a powerslam
This match was over in a matter of seconds. Gunn hit a big powerslam on Garner and got the 1...2...3.

Ivan Koloff and Nikolai Volkoff charge into the ring and attack the New Age Outlaws. Koloff smashes Billy Gunn right in the forehead with his chain. Volkoff pummels Road Dogg with a series of brutal forearms. Koloff grabs the house mic. He says that the Russians will destroy anyone that tries to take the title shot that rightfully belongs to him and his comrade Nikolai Volkoff. He wants this to serve as a warning to all the other teams in the NWA. Koloff finishes off by smashing Road Dogg right in the head with the mic.

Next week... Midnight Express, Konnan, Masked Superstar, Danny Hodge, Antonina Rocca and the Mongols are all in action.

NWA World Championship Wrestling #2: 08/15/09

airing on WTBS

from Atlanta, GA

Hosts are Tony Schiavone and David Crockett

The camera are running around backstage and finally find The Mountie out cold in the parking lot. A lot of shuffling around occurs as the camera man checks on the Mountie and tells someone to get the medical staff.

1. Ivan Koloff and Nikolai Volkoff d. George South and Johnny Rodz when Volkoff pins Rodz with a double thrust
The Russians were all about showing off their power here. Volkoff sent Rodz into the ropes and nailed him with a double thrust to get the pinfall. 1/2*

Ivan Koloff and Nikolai Volkoff stop by the announce table. Ivan says that the attack on the New Age Outlaws was a warning to all of the other teams in the tag team division. No one is going to stop them from getting a shot at the NWA World Tag Team Championship.

2. Buff Bagwell d. the Sheik by DQ
Bagwell got off to a quick start. He hit a hiptoss and a dropkick that sent the Sheik to the outside. The Sheik rammed Bagwell into the ringpost and continued to attack him on the outside. The referee eventually DQed the Sheik for choking Bagwell with the camera cords at ringside. The Sheik continued his assault until Konnan came out and made the save. Pretty decent brawl but no real match to speak of. 1/4*.

Sir Oliver Humperdink is out. He announces that the House of Humperdink has two new members. He introduces Greg Valentine and Brutus Beefcake as his newest clients in the NWA.

3. the Dream Team d. Killer Bees when Valentine submits Brunzell with the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK
This was a very good tag team bout. The Bees made a lot of quick tags and even pulled the switch at one point. Ultimately the Dream Team was just the better tag team today. Valentine's superior strength kept both Bees off balance and he was determined to get the Figure Four locked in on one of them. Blair saved Brunzell from submitting once but Valentine finally pulled Brunzell into the middle of the ring and got the win. ***1/2

Gorgeous George, Adrian Street, Buddy Rose and Sherri Martel come out for an interview. George says that the Beautiful People will have the NWA World Heavyweight Championship in their stable one day. He doesn't care which member gets the belt. It justs belongs with the Beautiful People. Martel says she's been using her connects and doing some favors. She's secured a shot at the NWA World Heavyweight Title for Gorgeous George. He'll be facing and beating Johnny Valentine in a few weeks on this very show.

4. Frank Gotch submits Youssuf Ishmaelo with the GOTCH TOEHOLD
Gotch put on a wrestling clinic here. He just wore Ishmaelo down with a variety of holds before locking on the Gotch Toehold to secure a win for himself. Pretty decent even though Ishmaelo was completely overmatched. *1/4

Backstage Rob Van Dam is with Bob Caudle. Caudle talks about the upcoming show in Toledo, OH and that RVD has a match with Larry Sharpe. RVD says he wants to get into the tournaments for the NWA United States Title and the NWA Hardcore Title. He wants to also stay in the running for the NWA World Heavyweight Title. He wants to win a lot of gold over the next couple of months. Caudle thinks that RVD has the talent to pull it off.

5. Road Warriors d. the Mongols when Hawk pins Bepo after the DOOMSDAY DEVICE
This was just a hard hitting brawl. The Road Warriors dominated most of the match and just threw the Mongols around as if they were nothing. They hit the Doomsday Device to notch another one in the win column. 3/4*

Road Warriors and Paul Ellering stop by the announce table. Animal dares the Russians to try that garbage they pulled on the Outlaws on them. Hawk says they'll be eagerly awaiting the Russians attack.

6. Main Event:
Nick Bockwinkel d. Don Leo Jonathan by DQ

This was a very technical bout. Jonathan got off to a fast start as his size and agility really threw Bockwinkel into confusion. Jonathan got him in a swinging full nelson and hit a huge dropkick to the delight of the crowd. Bockwinkel managed to recover and choked Jonathan on the ropes and even showed some raw power as he hit Jonathan with a back suplex. Bockwinkel went for the Figure Four and the Sleeper but Jonathan managed to get to the ropes and cause a break. Things spilled to the outside where Jonathan was ultimately DQed for slamming Bockwinkel head first into the announce table. This was a spectacular main event to this week's show. The only flaw in this match was the lack of a finish. ***3/4

the Ortons vs. the Vachons
Adrian Street vs. Hacksaw Jim Duggan
